MOVABLE CONTACT POINT, SWITCH WITH MOVABLE CONTACT POINT, AND EMBOSSED TAPE FOR CONTAINING MOVABLE CONTACT POINT
A movable contact includes a conductive member having an outer end having substantially a rectangular shape when viewed from above the conductive member. The conductive member includes a dome portion, a flange extending in a direction away from the dome portion, a connection portions provided at each of four corners of the rectangular shape, and a contact portion extending away from the flange. The connection portion, a first boundary portion where the connection portion is connected to the flange, and a second boundary portion where the connection portion is connected to the contact portion may constitute a drawn portion. Alternatively, the first and second boundary portions may be curved to be concave toward the dome portion.
Light-emitting assembly for keyboard
A light-emitting assembly positioned within a switch housing of a keyboard assembly for an electronic device is disclosed. The light-emitting assembly may include a phosphor structure, a transparent material positioned on opposing side surfaces of the phosphor structure, and an epoxy layer formed over an entire back surface of the phosphor structure and the transparent material. The light-emitting assembly may also include a mask layer formed over an entire top surface of: the phosphor structure, the transparent material, and the epoxy layer. The light-emitting assembly may further include a light source positioned within the phosphor structure for emitting a light.
SWITCH BODY
The switch body includes: a wiring substrate where first to fourth fixed contact members are formed; and a movable contact member including a pressure receiving part opposite from the second fixed contact member, a first outer edge facing the first fixed contact member, and a second outer edge facing the third fixed contact member. The fourth fixed contact member is formed in a region outside a projection region being a projection of the movable contact member on the wiring substrate and is in a position facing the first outer edge when the second outer edge is moved to a region where the second fixed contact member is formed.
Keyboard for an electronic device
A keyboard is disclosed. The keyboard includes a keyboard housing and a switch assembly coupled to the keyboard housing. The switch assembly includes a switch body defining an interior volume, a collapsible dome positioned in the interior volume, an actuation member configured to actuate the collapsible dome in response to an actuation of the actuation member, and a cover coupled to the switch body. The cover retains the actuation member to the switch body. The keyboard also includes a flexible material coupled to the keyboard housing and extending over the actuation member.
Push switch
A push switch according to the present disclosure includes: a case including a recess and having an upper surface located around the recess; a movable member disposed in the recess and including a pressure-receiving portion; a contact portion which switches between ON and OFF by deformation of the movable member; a first sheet including a joining portion which is opposite to the upper surface of the case, a pressing portion located above the pressure-receiving portion, and an intermediate portion located between the joining portion and the pressing portion, the first sheet covering the recess at the pressing portion and the intermediate portion; and a second sheet joined to the first sheet. The joining portion of the first sheet is joined to the upper surface of the case, and the second sheet is joined to the intermediate portion of the first sheet.
Switch assembly for operating a motor vehicle component
The present disclosure relates to a switch assembly for a motor vehicle component, including: an electronic basic body for arranging a contact member; an actuating member for actuating the contact member; a web associated with the actuating member, including a web portion with a web stop; a flexible switching mat having a basic portion for arranging the actuating member and the web; an operating member having an operating portion with an operating stop and an operating counter-stop disposed opposite to the web stop; a support member connected to the basic body or the switching mat having a support portion with a support counter-stop that contacts the operating stop in a non-actuated state of the switch assembly; wherein the web provided on the basic portion is arranged to be spaced apart from the actuating member provided on the basic portion, wherein the web encloses the actuating member at least partially.
