Keyboard device
A keyboard includes a substrate, a limit connecting member, a keycap, and a liftable connecting member. The assembly area of the substrate includes a long fixation hole having two short sides, a first long side, and a second long side. A portion of the bottom surface of the substrate is further recessed to form a long bottom groove, and two ends of the long bottom groove are near to the two short sides. The limit connecting member is disposed on the assembly area and includes a fixed seat in the long fixation hole and a standing portion extending from the fixed seat. The fixed seat includes a lower wing plate correspondingly fixed in the long bottom groove. The keycap is disposed on the assembly area. The liftable connecting member is connected between the keycap and the assembly area and includes a shaft disposed on the limit connecting member.

The disclosure provides a flexible pressure switch. A flexible electrode region and a flexible non-electrode region are formed on a flexible printed circuit board at the bottom layer of the flexible pressure switch, two flexible electrodes separated from each other are arranged in the flexible electrode region, a conductive elastic composite body is adhered to and located on the flexible non-electrode region through an elastic adhesion layer, a pressure contact cavity region directly facing the flexible electrode region is formed on the conductive elastic composite body, and an upper surface of the inner wall of the pressure contact cavity region can contact the two flexible electrodes simultaneously or successively so as to switch on the circuit when being pressed. The flexible pressure switch is simple in fabrication process, low in cost, stable in performance and suitable for mass production.

An adapter is for a metering assembly. The metering assembly includes an electrical switching apparatus and a socket assembly. The socket assembly has a plurality of jaw members. The adapter includes a base member and a plurality of electrical contacts each coupled to the base member and structured to be mechanically coupled and electrically connected to a corresponding one of the jaw members. Each of the electrical contacts is structured to be electrically connected to the electrical switching apparatus.

The present utility model discloses an adjustable contactor including: a static contact fixed in the contactor; a movable contact which is connected in the movable contact bracket through a contact spring, and which makes contact with the static contact in accordance with the movement of the movable contact bracket in the contactor; the contactor further includes adjusting knobs provided in the movable contact bracket at one end in connection with the contact spring while corresponding to the contact springs connected with individual movable contacts, the adjusting knob being set so that adjustment of the compression or release of the contact spring is achieved by rotating the adjusting knob so as to adjust the contact pressure of the movable contact.
Vacuum bottle for electrical switching device
A vacuum bottle that is intended for an electrical switching device includes a cylindrical body of insulating material closed at each end respectively by a first metal cover and a second metal cover, and a mobile electrode that passes through the first cover and that cooperates with a fixed electrode between a closed position in which the two electrodes are in contact with each other and an open position in which the two electrodes are separated. The bottle includes the second cover corresponding to the fixed electrode of the vacuum bottle.

A membrane switch device includes first and second membrane layers, a spacing layer between the membrane layers, and a flexible printed circuit board. The first membrane layer includes a first surface and first conductive wires on the first surface and extending to a first wire area to form first contact pads. The second membrane layer includes a second surface and second conductive wires on the second surface and extending to a second wire area to form second contact pads. A wire-connecting end of the flexible printed circuit board is between the first membrane layer and the second membrane layer. A first protection layer of the flexible printed circuit board and the first contact pads are not overlapped with each other, and a second protection layer of the flexible printed circuit board and the second contact pads are not overlapped with each other.

A membrane switch device includes first and second membrane layers, a spacing layer between the membrane layers, and a flexible printed circuit board. The first membrane layer includes a first surface and first conductive wires on the first surface and extending to a first wire area to form first contact pads. The second membrane layer includes a second surface and second conductive wires on the second surface and extending to a second wire area to form second contact pads. A wire-connecting end of the flexible printed circuit board is between the first membrane layer and the second membrane layer. A first protection layer of the flexible printed circuit board and the first contact pads are not overlapped with each other, and a second protection layer of the flexible printed circuit board and the second contact pads are not overlapped with each other.

A method for producing a film composite for electrical connection inside a power electronic switching device has the steps: A) forming a film composite having an electrically insulating insulant film with a first and a second main face. A first electrically conductive metal film, forms conductor tracks insulated from one another on the first main face, and having a second electrically conductive metal film forming conductor tracks arranged insulated from one another on the second main face of the insulant film; B) folding the film composite on a fold line, so that a first contact face of a first conductor track lies on a first contact face of a second conductor track of the first main face, and a second contact face of this first conductor track of the first main face lies on a second contact face of the second conductor track of the first main.
TRIGGER SWITCH
A trigger switch includes a housing including a casing; a trigger coupled to the housing to be capable of approaching and separating from the housing; a contact mechanism; a first terminal extending from outside of the housing to the casing; and a second terminal extending from outside of the housing to the casing and including a plate surface facing a plate surface of the first terminal. A first wire connection portion capable of connecting a conductor portion of a first wire is provided to an end of the first terminal located outside of the housing in an extending direction of the first terminal, and a second wire connection portion capable of connecting a conductor portion of a second wire is provided to an end of the second terminal located outside of the housing in an extending direction of the second terminal.
