KEYBOARD HAVING A SWITCH DEVICE
A switch device capable of preventing an occurrence of contact noise and wobbling of a stabilizer member to a bearing is provided. The key switch includes the stabilizer member supported between a key top and a base plate. The stabilizer member includes a first shaft portion rotatably supported on the lower surface side of the key top and a second shaft portion, which has a rotation axis parallel to the rotation axis of the first shaft portion and is rotatably supported by a bearing provided on the upper surface side of the base plate. The membrane sheet has at least a lower contact sheet having a cut-out shaped portion in a position corresponding to a position in which the second shaft portion is provided in a plane view and an upper contact sheet placed in an upper layer than the lower contact sheet to cover the cut-out shaped portion.
Silent key switch
A silent key switch includes a base body, a static contact, a dynamic contact, a movable plate, a first balancing stand, a second balancing stand, and a keycap. The movable plate includes a silencer body arranged on the head of the movable plate, a U-shaped groove provided on the rear part of the movable plate, and a first slot provided adjacent to the silencer body; one end of the movable plate where the silencer body is located is abutted against the dynamic contact and the static contact; the first balancing stand and the second balancing stand intersect with each other and are pin jointed together in a superimposed way.
Key button and method of manufacturing the same
A key button and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The key button includes an upper surface, a side surface formed at a certain height along a border of the upper surface, and at least two worked surfaces formed to have a certain slope in a boundary portion between the side surface and the upper surface, wherein at least one first worked surface and at least one second worked surface are formed such that a shortest distance between the upper surface and the side surface differs from each other.
Keyboard device and key structure thereof
A keyboard device includes a circuit board and plural key structures. Each key structure includes a keycap, a hinge element and a base. The hinge element includes a first lateral wing part, a second lateral wing part and a bendable part. The first lateral wing part is connected between the keycap and the base. The second lateral wing part is connected between the keycap and the base. The bendable part is connected between the first lateral wing part and the second lateral wing part. The bendable part is thinner than the first lateral wing part and the second lateral wing part. While the keycap is moved upwardly or downwardly relative to the base, a bending angle of the hinge element and a relative position between the first base shaft and the first receiving hole are changed.
BUTTON STRUCTURE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING SAME
A button structure includes a button and a fixing portion; wherein the fixing portion is configured for fixing the button, the fixing portion includes a first latching portion and a second latching portion, and the first latching portion includes a first latching opening, and the second latching portion includes a second latching opening, and the first latching opening has an opening direction substantially perpendicular to an opening direction of the second latching opening, and the first latching opening and the second latching opening are engaged with the button. An electronic device is also provided. The electronic device includes a housing and the button structure, the button structure is received in the housing.
Key stabilizer
A key stabilizer is provided, in which the key stabilizer includes a keycap and a balance bar. The keycap has a bottom surface and two protruding portions disposed thereon. The keycap moves back and forth along a vertical direction between a top position and a bottom position. Each of the two protruding portions has an engaging portion at the end thereof. The bottom surface faces the bottom position, and the two protruding portions are arranged along a horizontal direction that is perpendicular to the vertical direction. The balance bar has a hinge portion and two side portions respectively connected to both ends of the hinge portion. The hinge portion is positioned on a rotation axis parallel to the horizontal direction. The end of each of the two side portions that is away from the hinge portion is inserted into the engaging portion.
Balancing structure for long key of keyboard
A balancing structure for a long key of a keyboard includes a balancing rod and a pair of clamping hooks arranged on a bottom plate of the keyboard. The balancing rod includes a cross rod matched with a keycap of the key and two sliding rods extending from two end parts of the cross rod and matched with the pair of clamping hooks respectively. During the keycap pressing or spring-back process, each of the two sliding rods slides on a clamping port edge on at least one side of the corresponding clamping hook along with the rotation of the cross rod, and the moving trajectory of the contact point of each sliding rod and the corresponding port edge is an arc in the sliding process.
Switch device
A switch device includes a base part which includes a switch element, an operating member, a force transmission member which transmits a force between the switch element and the operating member, a light source, and a reflective surface. The operating member includes an operating outer surface, an operating inner surface, and a transmitting member. The transmitting member has a transmitting inner surface. At least a portion of the force transmission member is disposed along a pressing direction between the transmitting inner surface and the switch element. The reflective surface is disposed at a position where it reflects at least a part of the light from the light source to at least a portion of the transmitting inner surface.
SWITCH CONVERSION APPARATUS
A switch conversion apparatus including an interface device, a mounting plate configured to mount to a toggle switch and including at least one aperture for receiving a toggle arm of a toggle switch, and an actuator plate configured to slidably engage the mounting plate and including at least one aperture for receiving and engaging a toggle arm of a toggle switch when engaged by the interface device so as to transition the state of the switch.
