Key Structure and Electronic Device
A key structure includes a housing, a mounting seat, a key component, a clamping holder, a switch device, and a flexible printed circuit, where the mounting seat is mounted on the housing, the clamping holder and the key component are both mounted on the mounting seat; and the switch device is mounted on the clamping holder. The mounting seat and the clamping holder are between the switch device and the key component.
Key structure
A key structure includes a frame member, a keycap and a stabilizer bar. The keycap includes first and second clamping members. The first clamping member includes a first upper stopping part, a first lower stopping part and a first lateral stopping part. The second clamping member includes a second upper stopping part, a second lower stopping part and a second lateral stopping part. The stabilizer bar includes a shaft part, a first leg part and a second leg part. The shaft part is received within a hook of the frame member. The first leg part is received within the first clamping member. The second leg part is received within the second clamping member. The first lateral stopping part is pushed against the first leg part along a first direction. The second lateral stopping part is pushed against the second leg part along a second direction.
Electric push-button switch
An electric pushbutton switch includes a guide housing, a switching element having a haptic element that produces a pressure point and a return spring that generates a restoring force, an actuator for actuating the switching element, and a resilient tolerance compensation element arranged between the guide housing and the actuator. The switching element being stationary relative to the guide housing and the actuator being movable relative to the guide housing. The actuator actuates the switching element against the restoring force when the actuator is moved relative to the guide housing in an actuating direction of the actuator towards the switching element. The resilient tolerance compensation element is arranged between the guide housing and the actuator. The resilient compensation element has a spring force directed in the actuating direction of the actuator towards the switching element and opposite the restoring force of the return spring of the switching element.
Key structure
A key structure includes a casing, a covering member, a pressing element, a triggering post, a switch element. The casing has an opening. The opening is covered by the covering member. The pressing element is disposed within the opening and connected with the covering member. The pressing element includes a middle part and an extension part. The triggering post is installed on the middle part of the pressing element. The triggering post is extended in the direction toward the inner position of the casing. When an external force is applied to the middle part of the pressing element, the triggering post is moved toward the switch element to push the switch element. When the external force is applied to the extension part of the pressing element, the triggering post is correspondingly moved with the pressing element in an inclined manner to push the switch element.
Key structure
A key structure, including a keycap, a scissor component, an elastomer, an optical switch, a shading portion, and a circuit board, is provided. The scissor component is formed of a first and a second supporter. The circuit board has two first and two second limiting units. The keycap has two third and two fourth limiting units. The first supporter is rotatably or slidably connected to the first and the third limiting units. The second supporter is rotatably or slidably connected to the second and the fourth limiting units. The keycap is disposed on the circuit board through the scissor component. The elastomer is interposed between the circuit board and the keycap. The optical switch includes an emitter and a receiver. The shading portion is disposed on the first or the second supporter to block a light signal transmitted between the emitter and the receiver.
Key switch device
A key switch device includes a base, a button mounted on the base so as to be contactable and separable, an elastic body disposed between the base and the button and configured to urge the button in a direction away from the base, and a linear reinforcement member provided on the button and configured to prevent the button from being inclined when the button is operated in a direction toward the base. An outer surface portion of the button includes a recessed support portion in which a part of the linear reinforcement members is disposed.
Input Device
An input device includes an operation member vertically movably disposed on a support, urging means for urging the operation member upward, and an inclination preventive member reducing inclination of the operation member by coupling first and second ends of the operation member in a first horizontal direction and linking vertical movements of the first and second ends together. The inclination preventive member includes a main shaft extending in the first horizontal direction and rotatably and axially supported by the support, a pair of arms extending from opposite ends of the main shaft toward an identical side of a second horizontal direction crossing the first horizontal direction, and a pair of secondary shafts extending in the first horizontal direction from distal ends of the pair of arms, and rotatably and axially supported by the first and second ends. The pair of arms include short and long arms.
Scissor-type connecting assembly of key structure
A key structure includes a keycap, a base plate and a scissor-type connecting assembly. The scissor-type connecting assembly includes a first connecting member and a second connecting member. One end of the first connecting member connects to the base plate, and the other end connects to the keycap. The first connecting member includes at least one pivot having a convex portion. One end of the second connecting member connects to the base plate, and the other end connects to the keycap. The second connecting member comprises at least one pivot hole, and the pivot is disposed in the pivot hole.
Switch with guide and sloped faces
A switch includes a housing, a movable member reciprocable in a movement direction relative to the housing and including an operation part located at an end of the movable member outside the housing, and a guide that guides the movable member in the movement direction. The operation part has a plurality of slopes extending linearly from the operation surface toward a distal end of the movable member outside the housing, sloping away from a central axis of the movable member toward the operation surface, and sloping in directions intersecting with one another as viewed in the movement direction.
Key structure
A key structure includes a keycap, a connection assembly, engaging members, and a base plate. The connection assembly disposed between the base plate and the keycap is movably connected to the keycap and the engaging members, so that the keycap and the connection assembly engaged with the engaging members are positioned on the base plate. The base plate includes engaging protrusions protruding from an upper surface, so that the engaging members are bonded to the base plate through the engaging protrusions. Each engaging protrusion is located between two openings of the base plate, connects the two openings, or is disposed corresponding to the openings. Each engaging member covers one or more engaging protrusions through injection molding, and is fixed to the base plate. The engaging members are respectively disposed on the openings, fill the openings, or completely cover the engaging protrusions.
