The combined mute switch provided by the present utility model achieves a mute effect when being pressed and popped to reset.
KEY STRUCTURE WITH MECHANICAL SWITCH AND MECHANICAL SWITCH THEREOF
A key structure with mechanical switch includes a keycap, a support plate board disposed under the keycap, a scissor unit, a receiving housing, a guiding outer cylinder, a rotating inner cylinder and an elastic element. The scissor unit guides the keycap up or down along a pressing direction. The receiving housing has a plurality of sectional boards and a plurality of sectional cutouts. The guiding outer cylinder is movably received in the receiving housing along the pressing direction, and abuts against a bottom surface of the keycap. The guiding outer cylinder has a plurality of positioning bumps and a plurality of lodging recesses. The rotating inner cylinder is received in the guiding outer cylinder and has a plurality of sliding bumps. The elastic element is located in the rotating inner cylinder to provide elasticity toward the keycap. The present disclosure also provides a mechanical switch.
KEYSWITCH DEVICE AND KEYBOARD
A keyswitch device includes a circuit board, a fixing bracket, a micro switch, a keycap, and a connecting assembly. The circuit board has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The fixing bracket includes a main body and a first hook. The main body abuts against the first surface. The first hook is connected to the main body and fixed to the circuit board. The micro switch passes through the main body, and is disposed on the circuit board and configured to generate a pressing signal to the circuit board while being pressed. The keycap is supported on the micro switch and configured to press the micro switch toward the circuit board. The connecting assembly is connected between the fixing bracket and the keycap and configured to guide the keycap to move upward and downward relative to the circuit board.

In a first aspect of the present disclosure, a push switch includes a resilient member that is made of metal, and the resilient member including a concave shape and an opening that is positioned at a center of the concave shape and at least two protrusions each protruding outward and downward with an oblique angle around the concave shape.
Keyboard illuminated switch circuit
Embodiments of the present invention provide a circuit structure that allows the use of a single sided Printed Circuit Board (PCB) with a mechanical key structure that has a light emitting element in the middle of the key structure. An LED with pins for protruding through a printed circuit board allows a layout only on the bottom side of the PCB. In one embodiment, the PCB includes at least one low ohm resister forming a bridge for a switch matrix conductor over a perpendicular switch matrix conductor.

The keyboard includes a circuit board, a key installing board, and a plurality of key switches, the circuit board is disposed opposite the key installing board, the key installing board is provided with a plurality of installation holes corresponding to the key switches, the plurality of key switches are movably clamped on the key installing board through the plurality of installation holes, each of the key switches has a conductor, the conductor extends in the direction of near the circuit board through an installation hole, the circuit board is provided with a plurality of connection terminals working with conductors of the plurality of key switches, the conductors of the plurality of key switches are contacted with the plurality of connected terminals of the circuit board. The key switches of the keyboard of the present invention are moveable, elongating use-life of the keyboard.

The present invention provides a keyboard. The keyboard includes a circuit board, a key installing board, and a plurality of key switches, the circuit board is disposed opposite the key installing board, the key installing board is provided with a plurality of installation holes corresponding to the key switches, the plurality of key switches are movably clamped on the key installing board through the plurality of installation holes, each of the key switches comprises a conductor, the conductor extends in the direction of near the circuit board through an installation hole, the circuit board is provided with a plurality of connection terminals working with conductors of the plurality of key switches, the conductors of the plurality of key switches are contacted with the plurality of connected terminals of the circuit board. The key switches of the keyboard of the present invention are moveable, elongating use-life of the keyboard.
SEAMLESS BUTTON
A seamless button including a guiding element, a movable actuating element and a switch located on a mounting plate. The movable actuating element is made of elastic material with a massive middle shaft spaced from the inner walls of the chamber by an air gap. It has an upper actuating surface and crimp surrounding the actuating surface above the air gap. It also has a profile area at the outer circumference of the movement crimp, where the horizontally outwardly extending portion of the profile area rests on top of the outer wall, the downwardly extending portion of the profile area rests on the outside of the outer profile edge and the protrusion rests on the pedestal covering it at least partially. A seamless multi-button is also disclosed, with a method for manufacturing seamless buttons.
KEYBOARD FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An input mechanism is disclosed. The input mechanism includes a dome support structure defining an opening that extends through the dome support structure, a collapsible dome positioned in the opening and engaged with the dome support structure, and a cover member coupled to the dome support structure and covering the collapsible dome, thereby retaining the collapsible dome within the opening of the dome support structure.
