A pressing mechanism of a push switch including an operation member configured to be pressed, and a leaf spring member that includes a dome portion bulging in a dome shape and an opening portion provided in a central portion of the dome portion, the leaf spring member generating a tactile sensation on the operation member by an inverting operation of the dome portion in response to being pressed by the operation member, wherein the operation member includes a first pressing portion configured to press a movable contact point member against a fixed contact point member through the opening portion and a second pressing portion configured to press the dome portion.

Toggle selector switch

A toggle selector switch includes an activator stylus mounted in a housing to be pivotable about at least one axis. The toggle selector switch further includes at least one pushbutton switch positioned axially in the housing to be engaged when the elongate activator stylus is pivoted. The at least one pushbutton switch includes a mounting base including a contact and a first electrically conductive dome coupled to the mounting base. The first electrically conductive dome is positioned above the contact and is adapted and configured to flex under an applied force and to then touch the contact to complete a circuit and to return when the force is withdrawn. The activator stylus and the at least one pushbutton switch are adapted and configured such that the pushbutton switch outputs a signal indicating that the activator stylus has been moved in one of four directions.

A movable member includes an elastically deformable portion that curves upward in a protruding manner and includes a movable electrode, and a support portion having a leg portion extending downward from a peripheral edge of the elastically deformable portion, an extension portion extending upward from the leg portion, and a connecting portion connecting the leg portion and the extension portion. The leg portion has an intermediate portion positioned between both end portions in a width direction of the leg portion, the intermediate portion protruding, a boundary between the leg portion and the extension portion has an arc shape in top view, and a lower surface of the connecting portion is a protruding curved surface protruding downward.

Push switch

A push switch including a pressing member, a movable contact, an interposed member, a first fixed contact, and a second fixed contact is provided. The pressing member includes a pressing portion configured to be pressed, and includes an elastically deformable peripheral wall portion having a lower end portion and extending downward and outward from the outer periphery of the pressing portion. The movable contact has a dome shape and is disposed below the pressing member. The interposed member is disposed between the pressing member and the movable contact, and is configured to press the movable contact by receiving and being pressed by the lower end portion of the peripheral wall portion of the pressing member. The lower end portion of the peripheral wall portion of the pressing member presses the interposed member while the peripheral wall portion is subjected to elastic deformation in response to the pressing portion being pressed.

Folded key stabilizer

Key assemblies having a foldable stabilizer are disclosed. The stabilizer can be positioned under a keycap to help guide the keycap and limit rotation or movement when the key is pressed. The stabilizer can have a pointed-star shape with multiple folding axes and can have multiple points of connection or linkage to the keycap or other surrounding components. The stabilizer can unfold or flatten as the keycap is pressed and can fold as the keycap is raised.

Key structure and rubber dome thereof

A key structure includes a keycap, a membrane circuit board, and a rubber dome between the keycap and the membrane circuit board. The rubber dome includes a ring-shaped structure, a lower foundation structure, a contacting post, a first inclined wall and a second inclined wall. The ring-shaped structure includes a first top surface. The first top surface is upwardly pushed against the keycap. The lower foundation structure includes a first bottom surface. The first bottom surface is pushed downwardly pushed against the membrane circuit board. The contacting post is connected with the ring-shaped structure. The first inclined wall is connected with the ring-shaped structure and the lower foundation structure. The second inclined wall is connected with the ring-shaped structure and the contacting post. There is a first included angle θ1 between the second inclined wall and the first bottom surface. Preferably, 30°≤θ1≤85°.

Switch Assembly
