The present invention relates to a keyboard, including a baseboard, connecting elements, and replaceable keys. The replaceable key includes a connecting plate and a key cap. The connecting plate has a first fixing portion, and the key cap has a second fixing portion. The connecting element is separately connected to the baseboard and the connecting plate, and the key cap and the connecting plate may be combined by means of the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion. Therefore, the user does not contact a connecting element when disassembling a key cap, so that the connecting element is not damaged and the key cap is easy to disassemble and assemble.

Electronic device

An electronic device includes a support member, an ornamental member that is assembled to face one face of the support member, and an operating member that is disposed on the support member to be partially exposed to the outside through the ornamental member. The operating member includes a body that is positioned on one face of the support member to be exposed through the ornamental member, and at least one pair of fastening pieces, each of which extends from the body to be fastened to the support member. Other embodiments are also disclosed.

A sealed physical button for use with a portable electronic device that effectively presents ingress of liquids. Embodiments include a button cap having flange portions that interlock with complementary flanges from a button retainer. The button cap may also include a downward oriented central post, proportioned and oriented to interface with the top surface of a button attached to a bracket. The button retainer may include an aperture sized and positioned to receive the central post of the button cap. The button retainer may rest on a shelf within the electronic device housing such that the shelf interposes the bracket and the retainer to form a rigid seal.

Modular switch panel assembly

In a modular switch panel assembly, a switch cover with an aperture and a switch button having a button portion and an integral mounting portion are provided. The mounting portion comprises at least first and second spring members protruding laterally of and at opposite sides of the button portion. Each of the spring members has a meandering path shape and has one end integral with the button portion and an opposite end attached to the switch cover such that the button portion extends through the aperture. A printed circuit board has a switch, and is attached to the switch cover such that the switch is adjacent to a bottom surface of the switch button.

An assemblable keyboard includes plural assemblable keys and a main control key. Each assemblable key can be triggered to generate a key signal. The assemblable key includes a pedestal, a key structure and a conductive structure. The main control key includes a key processor and a transmission interface. The assemblable key includes plural coupling structures with the conductive structure. Every two adjacent assemblable keys are combined together and electrically connected with each other through the corresponding coupling structures. After the key signal generated by each assemblable key is transmitted to the main control key, the key signal is further outputted to a computer host. The layout space of the assemblable keyboard is reduced. Moreover, the assembling flexibility of the keyboard is enhanced.

An assembled structure includes a metal plate having a first main surface and a second main surface, and having a through hole, as well as a resin member assembled with the metal plate and disposed on the second main surface side so as to have a portion fitted within the through hole. Assuming that an opening when the through hole is viewed in a plan view has a first width at a point along the opening and a second width measured in parallel to the first width at a point shifted toward the outer side of the opening, a combination of the first width and the second width can be determined such that the second width is larger than the first width.
