Luminous Keycap and the Manufacturing Method Thereof
A luminous keycap includes a base made of a light-transmitting material and a transparent cover, wherein the base is provided with a first light-shielding layer and the top surface thereof is provided with a first light-transmitting area, and the inner surface of the cover is provided with a second light-shielding layer. The surface of the second light-shielding layer directly opposite to the first light-transmitting area is engraved with a second light-transmitting area. The cover is correspondingly fixed onto the base. The method of manufacturing the same is also described. The keycap and the manufacturing method thereof achieve the goal that its user can accurately and swiftly use the keyboard in a dark environment. It solves the problem that the user often touches characters and/or patterns so often that they are worn away. It has a better touch, and the keycaps have a longer lifetime.
Keycap for a Luminous Keyboard and the Method for Manufacturing the Same
A keycap for a luminous keyboard comprises a base and a cap made of a transparent material. The base is provided with a first stage, and the top surface thereof is transparent. The cap covers the first stage, and is fixedly connected with the base. The cap is provided with a light-shielding layer, and the surface of which and opposite to the first stage is engraved with a light-transmitting area by laser. A manufacturing method for the same is described. Using the disclosed keycap and the manufacturing method thereof, the operator can accurately and quickly operate the keyboard in a dark environment, making the usage more convenient. As the light-transmitting area in the shape of characters or patterns is not likely to be rubbed or erased, the lifetime of the keycap is prolonged.
SWITCH BODY
The switch body includes: a wiring substrate where first to fourth fixed contact members are formed; and a movable contact member including a pressure receiving part opposite from the second fixed contact member, a first outer edge facing the first fixed contact member, and a second outer edge facing the third fixed contact member. The fourth fixed contact member is formed in a region outside a projection region being a projection of the movable contact member on the wiring substrate and is in a position facing the first outer edge when the second outer edge is moved to a region where the second fixed contact member is formed.
FILM-BASED HOUSING AND SWITCH FOR KEYBOARD ASSEMBLY
A switch assembly includes a switch body defining a switch opening, a dome switch positioned in the switch opening, a film attached to a surface of the switch body and covering the switch opening, and a protrusion extending from the film in an area above the switch opening. The protrusion is configured to transfer a force from a keycap of a key to the dome switch when the keycap is depressed. The dome switch may include an upper dome below the film and a lower dome below the upper dome.

Electric device comprising a sealed housing having a lower housing part and an upper housing part
An electric device includes an electric component and a housing having a lower housing part and an upper housing part. The electric component is supported on the lower housing part. The lower housing part and the upper housing part surround a housing volume in which the electric component is sealingly encased. A weld is formed between the upper housing part and the lower housing part. One of the lower housing part and the upper housing part has a protrusion welded to the other one of the lower housing part and the upper housing part. A gap is disposed between the lower housing part and the upper housing part, the gap extending radially from the protrusion to an outside of the housing. A solidified molten material from the weld is at least partially received in the gap.
