Keyboard device including a plurality of substrate plates connected by elastic bridge member

A keyboard device includes a substrate and keycaps disposed on the substrate. The substrate includes a long slit and an elastic bridge member. The long slit divides the substrate into a first plate having a first side edge and a second plate having a second side edge opposite to the first side edge. A gap is between the first side edge and the second side edge. The elastic bridge member is connected between the first side edge and the second side edge. The first plate is movable relative to the second plate. The first side edge includes a first bridge seat. The second side edge includes a second bridge seat. The elastic bridge member is connected between the first bridge seat and the second bridge seat. The elastic bridge member includes a wedge portion connected to an inner corner between the elastic bridge member and the first bridge seat.

Keyboard

A keyboard includes a base plate, a hook structure, and a plastic engaging member. The base plate has a top surface. The hook structure is connected to the base plate and raised relative to the top surface. The plastic engaging member is located on the top surface and fixed to at least a part of the hook structure.

Keyboard device

A keyboard device includes a substrate and keycaps disposed on the substrate. The substrate includes a long slit and an elastic bridge component. The long slit divides the substrate into a first plate having a first side edge and a second plate having a second side edge opposite to the first side edge. A gap is between the first side edge and the second side edge. The elastic bridge component is connected between the first side edge and the second side edge. The first plate is movable relative to the second plate. The first side edge includes two first bridge connections. The second side edge includes two second bridge connections. The elastic bridge component includes a first elastic bar connected between the first bridge connections, a second elastic bar connected between the second bridge connections, and a connecting member connected between the first elastic bar and the second elastic bar.

Electric switch of the normally open type

An electric switch of the normally open type includes a body, an actuator moveable between a high rest position and a low active contact position, and first second elastically deformable contact blades supported by the body. A first contact section of the first contact blade extends above a second contact section of the second contact blade. The contact sections are superposed and distanced from each other when the actuator is in high rest position, and they are in mutual electrical contact when the actuator is in low position to establish an electrical switching path. The first contact section includes a longitudinal rib that protrude downwards with respect to the plane of the underside of the first section and which is able to cooperate with the transversal contact edge of the central opening. The transversal contact edge comprises a transverse contact bend for cooperating with convexity of the longitudinal rib.

Button restoring mechanism and electronic device having same

A button restoring mechanism of an electronic device includes a housing, an adjustment button mounted on the housing, a bracket, and an elastic member. One side of the adjustment button protrudes within the housing. The bracket latches with the adjustment button. One end of the elastic member is fixed to one side of the bracket, and a second end of the elastic member abuts against a second side of the bracket. An elastic force of the elastic member drives the second side of the bracket to abut against a switch button within the housing.

Rotary switch structure

A rotary switch structure includes a sleeve, a seat body, an elastic ring, plural push elements and a fixing element. The seat body is accommodated within the sleeve. The elastic ring is disposed on the seat body. The plural push elements are disposed on the elastic ring, and provide a pushing force to the elastic ring. The fixing element is fixed in the sleeve and contacted with the plural push elements. The plural push elements are fixed on the elastic ring by the fixing element. The elastic ring absorbs the pushing force, so that a friction force between the at least one push element and the elastic ring is adjustable. Consequently, the rotating feel of the rotary switch structure is adjustable according to the practical requirements.

KEY ASSEMBLY AND KEYBOARD INCLUDING THE SAME

A key assembly including a base plate, a keycap, an elastic member, and a link member is provided. The base plate includes a body and a hook portion, the hook portion including a hole. The keycap is disposed on the base plate. The elastic member is disposed between the base plate and the keycap. The link member includes a connecting portion, a rod portion, and an end portion, the rod portion being assembled to the keycap, the connecting portion being connected between the rod portion and the end portion, and the end portion penetrating the hole, wherein an included angle between the end portion and the connecting portion is an obtuse angle.

KEY MODULE
