LONG KEY DEVICE
A long key device includes a base plate, a keycap, and a scissor mechanism. The scissor mechanism includes a first scissor frame and a second scissor frame. The first scissor frame defines an opening, and has two ends pivotally and respectively connected to the base plate and the keycap. The second scissor frame is disposed in the opening, has two first ends pivotally and respectively coupled to the first scissor frame, and two second ends pivotally and respectively connected to the base plate and the keycap. Each of the first and second scissor frames has parts that are connected to the base plate, the other one of the first and second scissor frame, and the keycap, and that are made of plastic.
KEY STRUCTURE
A key structure includes a bottom plate, at least one keycap, and a thin-film circuit board. The bottom plate has at least one elastic protruding portion. The keycap is liftably connected to the bottom plate and has a press portion and at least one trigger portion. The press portion is located at a central region of the keycap and faces the elastic protruding portion, and the trigger portion is located at a peripheral region of the keycap. When the key is lowered from a first position to a second position relatively to the bottom plate, the press portion downwardly presses the elastic protruding portion, and the press portion triggers an electrical trigger point of the thin-film circuit board. The keycap is adapted to be restored from the second position to the first position through an elastic force of the elastic protruding portion.
Key structure
A key structure includes a supporting frame, a keycap, a stabilizer bar and two flexible hooks. The supporting frame includes at least one supporting hook. The keycap is located over the supporting frame. The keycap includes two connecting parts. The stabilizer bar includes a transverse bar part and two branch bar parts. The transverse bar part is locked in the at least one supporting hook of the supporting frame. The two flexible hooks are arranged between the keycap and the stabilizer bar. Each of the two flexible hooks includes a coupling terminal and a hook part. Each of the two connecting parts of the keycap is detachably connected with the coupling terminal of the corresponding flexible hook. Each of the two branch bar parts of the stabilizer bar is locked in the hook part of the corresponding flexible hook.
Key module
A key module includes a base plate, a circuit layer and a lifting mechanism. The circuit layer is disposed on the base plate. The lifting mechanism is pivotally connected with the base plate relative to the circuit layer, and the lifting mechanism has an abutment element. The abutment element could interfere with the circuit layer to reduce the noise generated by the key module during operation.
Switch and keyboard
Embodiments disclosed herein describe a base, an operation unit that moves in a contacting/separating direction with respect to the base in response to an external force, and a pair of link members turnably coupled to each other by a coupling portion and configured to guide movement of the operation unit in the contacting/separating direction. The pair of link members includes a first curved portion and a second curved portion that are supported on the base, and a first rotary spindle and a second rotary spindle that are supported on the operation unit. When the operation unit moves in the contacting/separating direction with respect to the base, the first curved portion and the second curved portion slide with respect to the base in a direction substantially perpendicular to the contacting/separating direction and in a direction substantially perpendicular to a turning shaft of the pair of link members.
Key structure and keycap assembly thereof
A key structure includes a casing, a restoring member and a keycap assembly. The casing has an opening. The restoring member is disposed in the casing. The keycap assembly includes a keycap and a holder. The keycap includes a pressing portion and a central shaft. The pressing portion has a bottom surface. The central shaft connects to the bottom surface. The central shaft has a hemispherical portion adjacent to the bottom surface. The holder is inserted into the casing via the opening and contacts the restoring member. The holder includes a shaft bore. The shaft bore has an arcuate socket. The central shaft passes through the shaft bore and contacts the restoring member, and the hemispherical portion is accommodated in the arcuate socket.
KEYSWITCH
A keyswitch includes a base plate, a keycap, a balance bar, at least one buffer layer, and a membrane switch layer disposed on a base plate. A linking portion of the base plate protruding upward penetrates through the membrane switch layer such that a contact portion of the membrane switch layer is located proximate to the linking portion. A connecting section of the balance bar passes through a through hole of the linking portion. The at least one buffer layer is formed on a lower surface of the contact portion, and extends along a first lateral path and a second lateral path. The contact portion supports the connecting section to abut against a top wall of the linking portion. When the keycap moves upward and downwards, the connecting section pivotally slides on the contact portion, between the first lateral path and the second lateral path.
KEY STRUCTURE
A key structure includes a keycap, a base plate, a first scissors-type connecting element, a second scissors-type connecting element and a reinforced connecting rod. The first and second scissors-type connecting elements are arranged between the keycap and the base plate. The first scissors-type connecting element includes a first inner frame and a first outer frame. The second scissors-type connecting element includes a second inner frame and a second outer frame. The keycap is movable upwardly or downwardly relative to the base plate along a specified path with the assistance of the first and second scissors-type connecting elements. The reinforced connecting rod includes a hollow rectangular main body. The first outer frame has a first extension structure. The second outer frame has a second extension structure. Moreover, two opposite sides of the hollow rectangular main body are respectively received within the first extension structure and the second extension structure.
