A contactor (1) comprising: one or more electric poles (3); for each electric pole, a fixed contact (31) and a corresponding movable contact (32), the one or more movable contacts (32) of said contactor being reversibly movable, along corresponding displacement axes (33) mutually parallel and lying on a common displacement plane (34), between a first position (A), at which said movable contacts are decoupled from the corresponding fixed contacts, and a second position (B), at which said movable contacts are coupled with the corresponding fixed contacts; a movable armature (7) reversibly movable, along a corresponding displacement direction parallel to the displacement axes (33) of said movable contacts, between a third position (C) and a fourth position (D); for each electric pole, a first plunger (8) coupled with said movable armature (7) and with a corresponding movable contact (32), each first plunger extending along a corresponding main longitudinal axis parallel or coinciding with the displacement axis (33) of a corresponding movable contact (32); an electromagnetic actuator (4) comprising a magnetic yoke (41, 42) having a fixed yoke member (41) and a movable yoke member (42), said movable yoke member being reversibly movable, along a corresponding displacement direction parallel to the displacement axes (33) of said movable contacts (32), between a fifth position (E), at which it is decoupled from said fixed yoke member, and a sixth position (F), at which it is coupled with said fixed yoke member, said electromagnetic actuator further comprising a coil (44) wound around said fixed yoke member (41) and adapted to be fed by a coil current (IC) to make said fixed yoke member (41) to magnetically interact with said movable yoke member (42) and generate a force to move said movable yoke member from said fifth position (E) to said sixth position (F) or maintain said movable yoke member in said sixth position (F); one or more opening springs (6) coupled with said fixed yoke member (41) and said movable yoke member (42), said opening springs being adapted to provide a force to move said movable yoke member from said sixth position (F) to said fifth position (E); one or more second plungers (5) coupled with said movable yoke member (42) and said movable armature (7), each second plunger extending along a corresponding main longitudinal axis parallel with the displacement axes (33) of said movable contacts (32).
CONTACT DEVICE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC CONTACTOR USING SAME
The contact device includes a main contact mechanism that includes a pair of main fixed contacts and a main movable contact elastically supported by a movable shaft and disposed to be contactable with and separable from the pair of main fixed contacts, an auxiliary contact mechanism that includes a pair of auxiliary fixed contacts and auxiliary movable contacts disposed in an auxiliary contact holding member connected to the movable shaft so as to be contactable with and separable from the pair of auxiliary fixed contacts, and a contact housing portion that houses the main contact mechanism and the auxiliary contact mechanism. The movable shaft has a main contact support portion supporting the main movable contact and an auxiliary contact support portion supporting the auxiliary contact holding member. The main contact support portion and the auxiliary contact support portion are connected to each other via the auxiliary contact holding member.

Apparatus and method for latching one pole contact of at least one springy pole in a relay or hybrid switch for maintaining an engaging or disengaging state of at least one first contact with said pole contact by a mechanical latching device comprising a springy lock pin exerting minute force, a slider with indentation path for guiding the lock pin and a track for the slider, the latching device extends from an armature or the springy pole to a base or a body of the relay or the hybrid switch, said springy pole is guided by said slider movement propelled by one of a pull by a voltage rated magnetic coil fed by a pulse of said rated voltage and a push by a plunger, and for operating a stronger coil for switching higher electrical current the magnetic coil is fed with at least one discharge higher voltage to increase the magnetic pull power of the coil.
Rotating dual break point contact
A rotating dual break point contact includes a rotor support, a first shaft, a second shaft, a third shaft, a first connection rod, a second connection rod, a contact bridge and a contact spring. The contact bridge is provided in the rotor support, and the contact bridge rotates relative to the rotor support by means of the first shaft, the second shaft, the third shaft, the first connection rod and the second connection rod. The contact bridge rotates between an initial pressure position and a maximum repulsion position. A single contact spring is mounted on one side of the contact bridge and is located in the rotor support.
Spring unit and a diverter switch
A spring unit includes a mechanical spring means having a spring direction and being located between a first spring support and a second spring support, which first and second spring supports are movable in relation to each other in the spring direction. The spring unit further includes a first actuation member facing the rear side of the first spring support and a second actuation member facing the rear side of the second spring support, which first and second actuating members are movable relative to each other and relative to the first and second spring supports in the spring direction.

The present invention relates to a mechanical operating assembly for a bistable relay and a bistable relay assembly. The mechanical operating assembly comprises: an actuating mechanism mounted to a bracket, including an actuating member and a first transmitting member which is connected to a paddle, the actuating member is movable between an initial position in which the actuating member is not in contact with the first transmitting member and an actuating position, when the actuating member moves from the initial position to the actuating position, the actuating member contacts the first transmitting member; a reset mechanism mounted to the bracket, including a reset member and a second transmitting member which is in contact with the first transmitting member, the reset member is movable between an initial position and a reset position, the reset member contacts the second transmitting member when moving from the initial position to the reset position.
KEYBOARD SWITCH WITH SPLIT-TYPE BASE
The present invention relates to a keyboard switch including a base, a supporting member, a spring, a button and an upper cover. The supporting member includes a first plate connected to the base to seal the opening, a tube extending substantially perpendicularly from a surface of the first plate, and a plurality of blocks extending substantially perpendicularly from the first plate and configured around the tube. There is a gap between the tube and the plurality of blocks. The base and the supporting member may be made of different materials and colors from the base, so that the supporting member may have a good light-shielding performance and durability; and the base may be made of a collocation of different materials and colors, and has a wide design space.

A thermal fuse having a bow, which has a first end with a first soldering surface for soldering to a first contact surface of a printed circuit board and a second end with a second soldering surface for soldering to a second contact surface of the printed circuit board, a tensioning element, which is secured to the bow between the first and the second end and which is designed to press with a preload against the bow and the printed circuit board once the two soldering surfaces and the contact surfaces of a printed circuit board have been soldered, wherein a portion of the bow, between the two ends thereof, has a measuring resistor connected in series to the two soldering surfaces. A printed circuit board having such a thermal fuse is additionally described.
APPARATUS FOR OPERATING A ROTARY SWITCH
An rotary switch operating apparatus has a drive shaft and a first and a second drive element, the first drive element having a rotationally fixed coupling to the drive shaft, and the second drive element being rotatably mounted on the first drive element. The apparatus includes a spring coupling the first and the second drive element together with a spring action, a lock limiting rotational movements of the second drive element in a first rotation direction and a second rotation direction, opposite the first, and a releaser for canceling rotational movement limitation of the second drive element in pre-specified rotation positions of the first drive element. Latches bearing against the drive elements' guide sections are provided, the first drive element guide section having release sections as releasers and the second drive element guide section having two latch stops as locks. The latches can both lock and release the spring-operated movement of the second drive element.
