BYPASS SWITCH
A bypass switch includes: a casing; a vacuum interrupter disposed inside the casing, the vacuum interrupter being disposed such that a movable contact is movable to a fixed contact; a first fixing bus-bar fixed to the casing; a second fixing bus-bar fixed to the casing to be spaced apart from the first fixing bus-bar; a moving pusher connected to the movable contact; a drive source installed in the casing, the drive source pushing the moving pusher to a position at which the movable contact and the fixed contact are contacted with each other; and a multi-contactor disposed to be contacted with the moving pusher. Accordingly, the moving pusher can rapidly contact the movable contact with the fixed contact. Further, the moving pusher can be moved with a small external force. Thus, it is possible to minimize the size of the drive source and the power used in the drive source.
GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT BREAKER PROTECTOR FOR WRONG WIRING POWER-OFF PROTECTION
The present disclosure discloses a ground fault circuit breaker protector for wrong wiring power-off protection, and belongs to the technical field of ground fault circuit breaker protectors. The ground fault circuit breaker protector includes two conductors fixedly mounted inside a shell. One of the conductors is a power input end; and a line output end is electrically connected to a load output end through a transfer relay and forms the other conductor. The ground fault circuit breaker protector further includes a reset mechanism and a movement arm. By means of pressing the RESET push rod, the push rod is locked on the sliding block by the buckle; under the elastic action of the first springs and the second spring, the sliding block pushes the movement arm to contact the line output end and the load output end.
CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH QUICK RESPONSE AND SEPARATION AND QUICK RESPONSE AND SEPARATION METHOD FOR CIRCUIT BREAKER
A circuit breaker with quick response and separation and a quick response and separation method for the circuit breaker. The circuit breaker comprises a breaking contact group and a joint contact group. The breaking contact group comprises a movable breaking contact. The joint contact group comprises a movable joint contact. A movable contact limiting device used for limiting moving positions of the breaking contact and/or the joint contact is arranged between the breaking contact group and the joint contact group. The quick response and separation method for the circuit breaker comprises a breaking and opening step, wherein the breaking contact moves in a reverse direction and is separated independently ahead of the joint contact, or the breaking contact and the joint contact both move in a reverse direction and are separated at the same time.
QUICK ARC-BREAKING CIRCUIT-BREAKER
The invention discloses a quick arc-breaking circuit-breaker, comprising two electrode contacts for switching on and switching off a circuit, and a plurality of partition plates arranged between the two electrode contacts and configured in such a way that, when the two electrode contacts are separated, the partition plates are inserted at the fastest speed between the two electrode contacts, to quickly break the arc and stop burning. As the partition plates of the quick arc-breaking circuit-breaker are inserted between the two electrode contacts from different directions, the breaking and insulating speed is accelerated, the isolation and sealing effects between the two electrode contacts are enhanced, and the insulation and arc extinguishing effects of the circuit-breaker are thus improved. The circuit-breaker of the invention has a simple structure and a low manufacturing cost.
SWITCHING DEVICE
A switching device has a housing-mounted contact and a movable contact. The movable contact is provided for making contact with the housing mounted contact, The switching device has a switch lock with a latch and a latch support, wherein the latch support has a latching location for latching the latch to the latch support, wherein the switching device furthermore has a hand switching lever. A connecting rod is mounted movably on the latch support, the connecting rod bearing against a projection of the hand switching lever when the hand switching lever is arranged in the position in which the contacts are in contact. An actuation of the hand switching lever—for separating the movable contact from the housing-mounted contact—moves the connecting rod and thereby releases the :latching of the latching support to the latch.
FUSIBLE SWITCH DISCONNECT DEVICE FOR DC ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEM
A fusible disconnect switch devices includes dual sets of switch contacts to connect or disconnect a current path through an overcurrent protection fuse with reduced arcing severity. Faster acting and longer contact path switch mechanisms are described providing satisfactory switching of DC circuits without excessive electrical arcing in a reduced physical package size.
ELECTROMAGNETIC POWER CONTACTOR PROVIDED WITH A CONTROL ROD WITH A STOP
The invention relates to an electromagnetic contactor including: —first and second magnetic cores, the second core being mobile relative to the first core; —a control rod mobile between an inoperative position and a supply position, the control rod comprising a shoulder, in inoperative position: —the shoulder comprises one surface in contact with the first magnetic core, —the first magnetic core and the control rod separating a first chamber extending between the first and second magnetic cores and a second chamber in which the contact plate is located, and —at least one opening made between the first chamber and the second chamber allowing the transfer of air from the first chamber to the second chamber when the second magnetic core moves from the inoperative position to the magnetised position.
RELAY
Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a relay capable of preventing a chattering phenomenon, and capable of solving an unbalanced contact state occurring when contacts come in contact with each other.
The relay may include: a stationary contact having a first stationary contact and a second stationary contact; a movable contact moveable to a first position to contact the first stationary contact, and a second position to be separated from the first stationary contact; a conductive connector configured to always electrically connect the movable contact with the second stationary contact; and a driving mechanism configured to provide a driving force to the movable contact such that the movable contact is moveable to the first position or the second position.
Trippable Control System for a Breaker Pole and Breaker Gear
A trippable control system for one or more electrical breaker poles, comprises a first link pivotable about a first pivot point between first and second positions; a second link pivotable about a pivot axis for connecting to one or more breaker poles, whereby movement of the first link causes the second link to pivot about the pivot axis between a position for opening and a position for closing the breaker pole(s); and a trip mechanism suitable for releasing the first pivot point and for exerting a movement force on the first link to move the first link between the second and third positions when the first link pivots about a second pivot point. Movement of the first link between the second and third positions causes the second link to pivot about the pivot axis between the position for closing the breaker pole(s) and the position for opening the breaker gear.
Snap action switch
An actuator is allowed to move toward +A direction and toward −A direction. A movable contact engages with the actuator. A fixed contact touch the movable contact with electrical connection when the movable contact is located at an ON position, and are apart from the movable contact with electrical isolation when the movable contact is located at positions other than the ON position. An arc prevention mechanism prevents arc between the movable contact and the fixed contact.
