Seal Housing For An Electrical Device and Sealed Relay Using The Seal Housing
A seal housing for an electrical device comprises a base, a cover adapted to cover an inwardly facing side of the base to form a closed chamber for accommodating components of the electrical device, and a sealing plate adapted to partially cover an outwardly facing side of the base. The sealing plate has an outward side with a profile that is shaped to divert fluid or fluid condensate formed at the outward side of the sealing plate.
Self-aligning actuator for door-operated switch
An actuator system for operating a switch is described herein. The actuator system can include a shaft of a handle assembly. The shaft couples to a handle and a male coupling element and has a number of positions. Further, a coupling body of a switch assembly can be positioned in the number of positions. The coupling body engages the switch and has a female coupling element, which has a slotted portion that receives the male coupling element and an angled terminus that aligns the shaft to a first position as the shaft couples to the coupling body. The slotted portion receives and engages the male coupling element when the shaft is coupled to the coupling body. The slotted portion prevents the male coupling element from disengaging when the coupling body is in a second position, and disengages the male coupling element when the coupling body is in the first position.
A MOLDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKER BASE
Present application relates to a molded case circuit breaker base comprising a terminal section, an arc extinguish section, a contactor section, an operation section and a tripping section, characterized in that the molded case circuit breaker base is made of a thermoplastic composition having a thermally conductivity of 1.0-5.0 W/(m*K) in plane and 0.5-2 W/(m*K) through plane measured according to ASTM E1461; wherein the molded case circuit breaker base is portioned into several phase chambers; wherein the circuit breaker base has one phase chamber, two phase chambers, three phase chambers or four phase chambers.
INGRESS PREVENTION FOR KEYBOARDS
Keyboards include mechanisms that prevent and/or alleviate contaminant ingress. In some embodiments, a keyboard assembly includes a substrate, a key cap, a movement mechanism moveably coupling the key cap to the substrate, and a guard structure coupled to the key cap operable to direct contaminants away from the movement mechanism. In other embodiments, a keyboard includes a base; a web that defines apertures; keys moveably coupled to the base within the apertures; and a gasket coupled to the keys, the gasket fixed between the web and the base, operable to block passage of contaminants into the apertures.
Slim-type keyboard
A slim-type keyboard includes a first flexible layer, a pressed frame and a circuit board assembly. The first flexible layer includes plural pressed regions. The pressed frame includes plural cantilever strips. The circuit board assembly includes plural dome switches. The plural cantilever strips are covered by the first flexible layer. The pressed regions are aligned with the cantilever strips and the dome switches, respectively. When one of the pressed regions is pressed, the cantilever strip is pushed down to trigger the corresponding dome switch. Each cantilever strip includes a U-shaped groove and a suspension end. The U-shaped groove opens to the suspension end. Consequently, the tactile feel of pressing the cantilever strip is improved.
KEYBOARD DEVICE
A keyboard device includes plural keycaps and a membrane switch circuit member. The membrane switch circuit member is disposed under the plural keycaps. The membrane switch circuit member includes a wiring board and plural separate covering pads. The wiring board includes plural first trace patterns and plural second trace patterns corresponding to the plural keycaps. The plural second trace patterns are disposed on the wiring board and separated from the plural first trace patterns. There is a gap between each first trace pattern and the adjacent second trace pattern. The covering pads are disposed over the wiring board. The plural covering pads are aligned with the corresponding keycaps and cover the corresponding gaps. The covering pad has a triggering trace pattern over the corresponding gap.
AUXILIARY RELAY OF ELECTRONIC CONTACTOR
Disclosed embodiments relate to an auxiliary relay of an electronic contactor. In some embodiments, an auxiliary relay has its conducting state controlled by a plurality of lead switches, in a non-exposed state of contact parts to the outside. This may prevent dust or foreign materials from clinging to the contact parts.
Rotary Switch Suitable For Use In Adverse Environmental Conditions
A rotary switch fitted with signalling means to provide a visual indication of the operating condition of an actuator device, comprising a switch body made of metal or coated externally in metal and a cover is provided. The cover may be joined to close the switch body by means of a plurality of attachment screws in metal or externally coated in metal, each housed in seats arranged in the cover and in the switch body. In particular, inside the seat of the switch body there may be an insert made of a material suitable to prevent the circulation of galvanic currents between the seat of the switch body and the attachment screw.
TIME SWITCH OF CONTROLLABLE TIME ADJUSTMENT
A time switch of controllable time adjustment, the time switch comprising a switch housing (10), a control circuit board (9) arranged inside the switch housing (10), an input terminal (6) and an output terminal (7) arranged on the bottom surface of the switch housing (10), a connecting piece (5) for connecting the input terminal (6) and the output terminal (7), a warped plate (2) connecting to the switch housing (10) by means of a rotating shaft, a first spring (4) provided between the warped plate (2) and the connecting piece (5). The warped plate (2) swaying about the rotating shaft drives the connecting piece (5) to sway. The swaying of the connecting piece (5) causes the input terminal (6) and the output terminal (7) to complete closing and opening. The control circuit board (9) is electrically connected to the output terminal (7). The time switch has a simple structure and a convenient installation, so it can be installed in various electric appliances needing to realize a timing function. The time switch has a simple structure and a convenient installation, so it can be installed in various electric appliances needing to realize a timing function.
Rubber mat keyboard, particularly a silicone mat keyboard
A data entry and/or operating system, particularly a keyboard, also a POS keyboard, includes a lower part and an upper part as well as at least one circuit board and at least one retainer plate, the retainer plate lying on the lower part. One or more bushings are integrated for the purpose of connecting the circuit board to the retainer plate. The upper part is formed from a rubber mat having keys, and the stability of the keyboard is assured by the circuit board, bushing and metal retainer sheet. The lower part is connected to the upper part in a sealed manner.
