Disclosed is a curcumin nanoparticle, including curcumin as core material and a wall material, where a weight ratio of the curcumin to the wall material is (5.5-7.5):100, and the wall material includes gum arabic and zein in a weight ratio of (1-5):5. The disclosure further provides a method of making the curcumin nanoparticle and a curcumin beverage containing the curcumin nanoparticle.

The present invention relates to stable liquid pharmaceutical compositions of baclofen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. More specifically, stable oral suspensions of baclofen at concentrations of equal to or more than 2 mg/mL or more are provided. Preferably, the liquid pharmaceutical compositions of baclofen are suitable for oral administration and are stable at wider pH ranges over a variety of storage conditions, including long-term storage for extended periods of time. Methods of treating various disorders using the inventive pharmaceutical compositions are also provided. The invention further relates to various methods for preparing stable suspension of baclofen.

NOVEL SKIN CARE COMPOSITION
The present invention generally relates to the field of skin care. More particularly, the invention relates to a cosmetic or therapeutic skin care composition comprising live bacteria of at least one Cutibacterium acnes (C. acnes) strain in combination with an excipient that specifically supports their viability during storage and/or their ability to replicate after application to the skin. Preferably, the cosmetic or therapeutic skin care composition comprises bacteria of at least one C. acnes strain selected from the group consisting of D1, A5, C1, C3, H1, H2, H3, K1, K2, K4, K6, K8, K9, L1, and F4. The invention also provides a method for treating or preventing acne by applying the skin care composition of the invention to a skin area in need of treatment. The invention also relates to the use of a skin care composition of the invention for treating or preventing acne.
TREATING INFLUENZA USING SUBSTITUTED POLYCYCLIC PYRIDONE DERIVATIVES AND PRODRUGS THEREOF IN A SUBJECT HAVING INFLUENZA AND A SEVERE INFLUENZA CONDITION
A method for treating an influenza virus infection is described. The disclosed method generally involves administering an effective amount of a compound (A), for example baloxavir marboxil, and a compound (B), for example a neuraminidase inhibor, to a subject that (1) has an influenza virus infection, (2) has been symptomatic of the influenza virus infection for no more than 96 hours, and (3) further has at least one severe influenza condition selected from the following: (a) being hospitalized due to severe influenza virus infection, (b) requiring an extension of hospitalization because of the influenza virus infection during the hospitalization, (c) having a National Early Warning Score 2 of four or more, (d) being on support for respiration, and (e) having at least one complication attributable to the influenza virus infection that necessitates hospitalization.
