METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR AN IMAGING SYSTEM
The present invention provides apparatus for an imaging system comprising a multitude of chemical emitting elements upon a substrate. In some embodiments the substrate may be approximately round with a radius of approximately one inch. Various methods relating to using and producing an imaging system of chemical emitters are disclosed.
Transferrable sample platform containing an exfoliated graphene membrane for the analysis and processing of nanomaterials
A multipurpose and transferrable sample platform for supporting, analyzing and/or processing a target material. The platform includes a substrate; a dielectric layer formed over a face of the substrate; electrodes formed over the dielectric layer; a slot formed through the substrate and the dielectric layer; and an exfoliated graphene-based membrane placed over the slot and in electrical contact with the electrodes. The exfoliated graphene-based membrane is configured to support, or act upon, a study material or chemical precursors.
Process Chamber And Process Kits For Advanced Packaging
Process kits for processing chambers and processing chambers having a lower shield and lower shield ring are described. The lower shield has a ring-shaped body with an inner wall and an outer wall, a top wall and a bottom wall with an outer ledge wall extends outwardly from a lower portion of the outer wall to an outer ledge outer wall. The lower shield ring has a ramped lower inner wall with a top face spaced a distance from the bottom face of the upper inner wall so that the distance decreases from the lower inner wall to an inside surface of the outer wall. At least one upper opening extends through the top portion of the lower shield ring and at least one opening extends through the lower portion of the lower shield ring. Upper shields configured to cooperatively interact with the lower shield and lower shield ring are also described.
Scanning electron microscope apparatus and operation method thereof
A scanning electron microscope apparatus including an electron gun configured to generate an electron beam, a focusing lens configured to concentrate the electron beam from the electron gun, an electron detector configured to detect signals emitted from a sample in response to the electron beam incident on the sample, a stage configured to receive the sample thereon, and a focus calibration structure on an upper part of the stage.
SEPARATION OF PLASMA SUPPRESSION AND WAFER EDGE TO IMPROVE EDGE FILM THICKNESS UNIFORMITY
A carrier wafer for receiving a wafer and supporting the wafer during semiconductor processing operations. The carrier wafer includes an annular ring surface and a pocket, the pocket being defined in a center of the carrier wafer and including a step defined by a sidewall extending between the annular ring surface and a top surface of the pocket.
METHODS OF SUPPORTING A GRAPHENE SHEET DISPOSED ON A FRAME SUPPORT
This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus related to graphene. In one aspect, a method includes submerging a frame support in an etching solution that is contained in a container. A growth substrate, a graphene sheet disposed on the growth substrate, and a primary support disposed on the graphene sheet is placed on a surface of the etching solution. The growth substrate is dissolved in the etching solution to leave the graphene sheet and the primary support floating on a surface of the etching solution. The etching solution in the container is replaced with a washing solution. The washing solution is removed from the container so that the graphene sheet becomes disposed on the frame support.
STAGE APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to a stage apparatus comprising: an object table configured to hold a substrate, the object table comprising an electrode configured to be charged by a power source and an electrical connection configured to electrically connect the electrode to the power source, and an electric field shield configured to shield at least a part of the electrical connection.
Technologies for generating and displaying virtual and interactive egifts
Technologies for unwrappable virtual egifts enabling recipients to redeem gift credits using payment accounts. In some examples, a system identifies a merchant associated with a giver, the giver being associated with a giver payment account and a recipient being associated with a recipient payment account. The system associates a policy with the gift credit and generates an image underlay identifying the gift credit and an image overlay hiding the image underlay and gift credit, the image overlay including a separable flap having a portion that appears unadhered to the image underlay, the separable flap being configured to trigger, in response to an input, an animated unwrapping effect that removes the image overlay to reveal the image underlay and gift credit. The system presents the image overlay and, in response to receiving the input, generates the animated unwrapping effect to remove the image overlay and reveal the image underlay.
System and method for processing a gift involving separate transactions
Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for processing a gift involving separate transactions. A system configured to practice the method first associates a policy with a giver having a giver account and a recipient having a recipient account, wherein the giver account is independent of the recipient account, and wherein the policy requires at least two transactions prior to applying a gift amount. Then the system monitors transactions using the recipient account to identify at least two separate qualifying transactions according to the policy. Upon identifying the at least two separate qualifying transactions, the system applies the gift amount to the recipient account according to the policy.
System and method for enabling a user to choose how to redeem a gift credit
Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for processing gift transactions, related to enabling a recipient to choose a mode of redeeming the gift credit. A method can include receiving an identification, from a giver of a credit, of a recipient and a spending category associated with a notice, transmitting the notice to a device associated with the recipient, receiving a selection from the recipient regarding a payment mode to be used to redeem the credit from the giver by making a purchase according to the spending category, linking the payment mode to a policy associated with redeeming the credit, monitoring purchases using the payment mode of the recipient for a qualified purchase according to the spending category, receiving an indication that the qualified purchase was made using the payment mode and, based on the indication of the qualified purchase, applying the credit to the recipient.
