The present disclosure provides a light-emitting device comprising a substrate with a topmost surface; a first semiconductor stack arranged on the substrate, and comprising a first top surface separated from the topmost surface by a first distance; a first bonding layer arranged between the substrate and the first semiconductor stack; a second semiconductor stack arranged on the substrate, and comprising a second top surface separated from the topmost surface by a second distance which is different form the first distance; a second bonding layer arranged between the substrate and the second semiconductor stack; a third semiconductor stack arranged on the substrate, and comprising third top surface separated from the topmost surface by a third distance; and a third bonding layer arranged between the substrate and the third semiconductor stack; wherein the first semiconductor stack, the second semiconductor stack, and the third semiconductor stack are configured to emit different color lights.

A light emitting diode (LED) chip can include: a first pattern region having one or more curved parts; and a second pattern region at least partially surrounding the first pattern region. The first pattern region can include a first conductive type nitride-based semiconductor layer, an active layer, a second conductive type nitride-based semiconductor layer, a top electrode layer, and a top bump layer stacked over a substrate, the second pattern region can include a first conductive type nitride-based semiconductor layer, a bottom electrode layer, and a bottom bump layer stacked over the substrate, and the first pattern region can include one or more protrusion patterns formed in the one or more curved part.

A light emitting device including a light emitting unit and a phosphor resin layer is provided. The light emitting unit has a top surface and a bottom surface opposite to each other. Each of the light emitting units includes two electrodes. The two electrodes are disposed on the bottom surface. The phosphor resin layer is disposed on the top surface of the light emitting unit. One side of the phosphor resin layer has a mark. One of the two electrodes is closer to the mark with respect to the other one of the two electrodes.

A light emitting device including a light emitting unit and a phosphor resin layer is provided. The light emitting unit has a top surface and a bottom surface opposite to each other. Disclosed are a light-emitting device package, a manufacturing method therefor, and a vehicle lamp and a backlight unit including the same. The light-emitting device package includes: a light-emitting chip having electrode pads positioned at a lower part thereof; a wavelength conversion unit for covering at least an upper surface and lateral surfaces of the light-emitting chip; and a reflective part which covers the lateral surfaces of the light-emitting chip. Accordingly, the light-emitting device package can be miniaturized and a separate substrate for forming a lens is not required.

The present invention provides a light-emitting device comprising a first light-emitting element that emits red light, a second light-emitting element that emits green light, a third light-emitting element that emits blue light, and a color filter, where the color filter comprises a first coloring layer that selectively transmits red light, a second coloring layer that selectively transmits green light, and a third coloring layer that selectively transmits blue light, the first to third light-emitting elements respectively correspond to the first to third coloring layers, wherein each of the first to third light-emitting elements has a first electrode, an electroluminescent layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode on the electroluminescent layer, and wherein the electroluminescent layer includes a layer in contact with the second electrode, and a metal oxide or a benzoxazole derivative is included in the layer in contact with the second electrode.
