Proposed is an antenna module for a small device, wherein the antenna module is expanded to a ground area through a metal plate, a metal wire, or a connector FPCB and the like to improve antenna gain. The proposed antenna module for a small device is provided with an antenna, and comprises: a circuit board mounted inside a housing of a small device; and a ground expansion member which is mounted inside the housing, comprises one of the metal plate, the metal wire, or the connector FPCB, and has a first end connected to a ground line of the antenna.

Bezel antenna system
A wrist-worn electronic device comprises a housing, a bezel, a location determining element, a communication element, and four antennas. The housing includes a bottom wall contacting a wearer's wrist and a side wall coupled to the bottom wall. The bezel is formed at least partially from electrically conductive material and positioned along an upper edge of the side wall. Two antennas receive a first global navigation satellite system (GNSS) location signals at a first frequency and a second frequency that are used by the location determining element, each antenna including a radiating element formed by a portion of the circumference of the bezel. Two antennas transmit or receive communication protocol wireless signals at a third frequency and a fourth frequency output by or communicated to the communication element, each antenna including a radiating element formed by a portion of the circumference of the bezel.

A biocompatible electrical connection includes: a substrate; a ferrule having a concentric flange at a first end of the ferrule; a first adhesive; and a second adhesive. The substrate includes a hole having a diameter that is a specified amount larger than an outside diameter of the ferrule forming an annular space between the hole and the ferrule, the first adhesive adheres a first surface of the concentric flange of the ferrule to a first surface of the substrate, and the second adhesive fills the annular space between the hole and the ferrule.
ANTENNA ISOLATION USING PARASITIC ELEMENT IN WIRELESS DEVICES
Disclosed herein includes a wireless device including a first antenna configured to perform wireless communication, a second antenna configured to perform wireless communication, and a parasitic antenna. The first antenna may have a feed connected to a first impedance tuner that is connected to a first ground planes. The second antenna may have a feed connected to a second impedance tuner. The parasitic antenna may be disposed between the first and second antennas, with a feed connected to a third impedance tuner that is connected to a second ground plane. The first, second and third impedance tuners may be adjusted to configure the first, second and parasitic antennas to achieve a same resonant frequency.
Wearable antenna assembly
A wearable device for facilitating neurophysiological treatment of a patient harboring an implanted neural stimulator is provided. The wearable device includes a transmitting antenna configured to accept one or more input signals and to transmit one or more electromagnetic signals to a neural stimulator that is implanted in a patients body. The wearable device further includes a control circuitry configured to provide the one or more input signals to the transmitting antenna. The wearable device further includes a battery that provides electrical power to at least the control circuitry. The wearable device is configured to be worn outside the patient's body.
LOOP ANTENNA FOR HEARING AID
A hearing aid including a hearing aid antenna assembly, a transceiver, and an acoustic transducer is provided. The hearing aid assembly includes a resonant loop antenna, a coupling mechanism such as a primary loop, and an electrically conductive assembly. The resonant loop antenna forms an aperture that is arranged to be substantially parallel to a head of the wearer when the hearing aid is worn. The coupling mechanism is configured to transfer RF energy between the transceiver and the resonant loop antenna. The resonant loop antenna excites the electrically conductive assembly. The electrically conductive assembly includes a battery shield. The resonant loop antenna, the coupling mechanism, and/or the electrically conductive assembly are formed in one or more conductive layers of FPCB. The resonant loop antenna includes a course tuning capacitor in series with a fine tuning capacitor. The primary loop includes a resonating capacitor.
