An antenna structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a dielectric layer, a radiator disposed on the dielectric layer, a transmission line branching from the radiator, a signal pad electrically connected to the radiator through the transmission line on the dielectric layer, and an external circuit structure bonded to the signal pad. The signal pad includes a bonding region that is bonded to the external circuit structure and a margin region that is not bonded to the external circuit structure and is adjacent to the bonding region. An area ratio of the margin region relative to the bonding region in the signal pad is 0.05 or more and less than 0.5.

An antenna device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate layer, an antenna unit formed on a top surface of the substrate layer, a circuit wiring disposed on the top surface of the substrate layer and directly connected to the antenna unit, a stress compensation layer covering the circuit wiring on the top surface of the substrate layer and having a thickness greater than a thickness of the substrate layer, a first dielectric layer formed on a bottom surface of the substrate layer to overlap the circuit wiring in a planar view, and a first ground layer overlapping the circuit wiring in the planar view with the first dielectric layer or the stress compensation layer interposed therebetween.

An antenna device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate layer, an antenna unit formed on a top surface of the substrate layer, a circuit wiring disposed on the top surface of the substrate layer and directly connected to the antenna unit, a stress compensation layer covering the circuit wiring on the top surface of the substrate layer and having a thickness greater than a thickness of the substrate layer, a first dielectric layer formed on a bottom surface of the substrate layer to overlap the circuit wiring in a planar view, and a first ground layer overlapping the circuit wiring in the planar view with the first dielectric layer or the stress compensation layer interposed therebetween.
ANTENNA ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Provided is an antenna assembly including a conductive frame, and a resonance unit. The conductive frame is divided into first and second conductive branch by a slot. The resonance unit includes first and second resonance circuits. One terminal of the second resonance circuit is grounded, and another terminal is connected to the second conductive branch. A first signal source is capable of feeing a first current signal to the first conductive branch through the first resonance circuit and the first feeding point, enabling the first conductive branch to radiate a first radio frequency signal. The second signal source is capable of feeding a second current signal to the second conductive branch through the second feeding point, enabling the second conductive branch, under a resonance of the second resonance circuit, to radiate a second radio frequency signal.
Antenna Assembly and Electronic Device
An antenna assembly may include a conductive frame, a resonant module and a signal source module. The conductive frame may define at least one slot, the slot may at least divide the conductive frame into a first conductive branch and a second conductive branch. A first feed point may be provided on the first conductive branch, and a second feed point may be provided on the second conductive branch. The resonant module may include a first resonant circuit and a second resonant circuit. The first signal source may feed a first current signal to the first conductive branch, to generate a plurality of resonant frequencies on the first conductive branch. The second signal source may feed a second current signal to the second conductive branch via the second resonant circuit and the second feed point, to generate at least one resonant frequency.

An antenna structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a dielectric layer, and a plurality of antenna units arranged on a top surface of the dielectric layer. Each of the plurality of antenna units includes a radiator, a transmission line including a first transmission line and a second transmission line that extend in different directions to be connected to the radiator, an upper parasitic element adjacent to an upper portion of the radiator, and a lower parasitic element adjacent to a lower portion of the radiator and the transmission line. Feeding signals of different phases are applied to the first transmission line and the second transmission line.

A housing for an electronic device can include a body having an exterior surface and a second surface disposed opposite the exterior surface at least partially defining an interior volume, the body defining a first repeating pattern of apertures extending from the exterior surface to the second surface. The housing can also include a component defining a second repeating pattern of apertures, the component positioned adjacent to the second surface. The first repeating pattern of apertures and the second repeating pattern of apertures can combine to define an open area of at least about 70%.

Provided are electronic devices, an antenna structure and a wearable device. The wearable device includes a metal casing including a bottom casing and a side frame surrounding an edge of the bottom casing and integrally connected with the bottom casing, the antenna structure includes a slot in the side frame, and the slot has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end in the first direction. The first direction is the direction surrounding the edge of the bottom casing; the slot is provided with an opening at the first end, and the opening faces the side away from the bottom casing; in the first direction, length from the first end to the grounding end of the slot is ¼ of operating wavelength; and a feeding terminal is arranged between the first end and the grounding end of the slot, and is close to the grounding end.
KICKSTAND WITH INTEGRATED ANTENNA
A kickstand for ergonomically positioning a computer device is equipped with an integrated antenna. In embodiments, the kickstand stores into a recess on a computer device, and can be deployed to help place the computer device into an ergonomic position. A switch or other sensor in the computer device may detect when the kickstand is deployed, and switch a radio within the computer device from an internal antenna to the antenna integrated into the kickstand.
