Communication system
A communication system in a housing including a first communication device and a second communication device has, in at least one of the first communication device and the second communication device, an antenna structure installed at a position between a device arrangement surface and a specific surface. The housing has an inside member arranged substantially in parallel with a battery arrangement surface at a position at least one of above and below the antenna structure. The inside member has, formed thereon, at least one opening that opens in a vertical direction. The at least one of the first communication device and the second communication device serving as a specific communication device include an antenna having directivity set in a predetermined direction range including at least a direction in which the opening of the inside member is located.

TWO-DIMENSIONAL RADAR FOR MILLIMETER WAVE APPLICATIONS
Examples disclosed herein relate to two-dimensional radar for use in millimeter wave applications. An antenna structure of the two-dimensional radar includes a transmit array arranged along a first axis and configured to scan a field of view along the first axis at a first scan rate with radio frequency (RF) beams in a first polarization, and a receive array arranged along a second axis orthogonal to the first axis and configured to receive return RF beams in the first polarization to scan the field of view along the second axis at a second scan rate different from the first scan rate. Other examples disclosed herein relate to an antenna system for two-dimensional radar in millimeter wave applications and a radar system with two-dimensional scanning.
ANTENNA-INSERTED ELECTRODE STRUCTURE AND IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
An antenna-inserted electrode structure according to an embodiment includes a substrate layer including a touch sensing area and a touch sensing-antenna area, sensing electrodes disposed on the touch sensing area and the touch sensing-antenna area of the substrate layer, and an antenna unit disposed on the touch sensing-antenna area of the substrate layer, the antenna unit including a radiator inclined to an arrangement direction of the sensing electrodes. An image display device including the antenna-inserted electrode structure from which a moire phenomenon is suppressed is provided.
Contact lens and communication system
A contact lens according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a lens section to be worn on an eyeball. The contact lens further includes a communication electrode, a sensor device, a controller, and a shield layer in the lens section. The controller supplies electric power to the communication electrode, and outputs a signal corresponding to information acquired by the sensor device to the communication electrode. The shield layer is provided at a position facing at least one of the sensor device, the controller, or the communication electrode.

A contact lens according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a lens section to be worn on an eyeball. According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: a housing comprising a front plate, a rear plate facing in the opposite direction to the front plate, and a side surface member surrounding the space between the front plate and the rear plate, the side surface member comprising a first side surface extending in a first direction and having a first length, a second side surface extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and having a second length larger than the first length, a third side surface extending in parallel with the first side surface and having the first length, and a fourth side surface extending in parallel with the second side surface and having the second length; a display arranged between the front plate and the rear plate, at least a partial area of the display being exposed through the front plate, the display comprising a conductive plate; a printed circuit board arranged between the display and the rear plate, the printed circuit hoard comprising at least one conductive layer, the conductive plate and the conductive layer being electrically connected to each other; a first conductive pattern arranged between the printed circuit board and the rear plate; a second conductive pattern arranged between the printed circuit board and the front plate and, when seen from above the front plate, between the first side surface of the side surface member and the conductive plate; and a wireless communication circuit electrically connected to the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern and configured to transmit and/or receive a signal having a designated frequency. Various other embodiments may be possible.

According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: a housing comprising a front plate, a rear plate facing in the opposite direction to the front plate, and a side surface member surrounding the space between the front plate and the rear plate, the side surface member comprising a first side surface extending in a first direction and having a first length, a second side surface extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and having a second length larger than the first length, a third side surface extending in parallel with the first side surface and having the first length, and a fourth side surface extending in parallel with the second side surface and having the second length; a display arranged between the front plate and the rear plate, at least a partial area of the display being exposed through the front plate, the display comprising a conductive plate; a printed circuit board arranged between the display and the rear plate, the printed circuit hoard comprising at least one conductive layer, the conductive plate and the conductive layer being electrically connected to each other; a first conductive pattern arranged between the printed circuit board and the rear plate; a second conductive pattern arranged between the printed circuit board and the front plate and, when seen from above the front plate, between the first side surface of the side surface member and the conductive plate; and a wireless communication circuit electrically connected to the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern and configured to transmit and/or receive a signal having a designated frequency. Various other embodiments may be possible.

The electronic device comprises: a transparent antenna embedded in a display to emit a signal to the front surface of the display; and a transmission line for feeding power to the transparent antenna. The transparent antenna includes: a first emitter configured as a first metal mesh grid on a first substrate; and a second emitter configured as a second metal mesh grid on a second substrate disposed above the first substrate.
