Light board structure and light fixture having the same

A light board structure includes a board body, a wireless transceiver module and a light-emitting member. The wireless transceiver module and the light-emitting member are both installed on the board body. The wireless transceiver module has a feeder wire and a ground wire. The board body has a collision avoidance area, which runs through the board body and disposed to avoid collision with the wireless transceiver module and the light-emitting member. The feeder wire and the ground wire are positioned on a side of the collision avoidance area. The collision avoidance area is configured to emit a radio wave, and solve a problem that the communication distance of a light board structure is short. A light fixture having the light board structure includes an installation cavity. The collision avoidance area of the light board structure matches an inner wall of the installation cavity to form a collision avoidance channel.

An antenna device includes a metal layer for forming an antenna element in a predetermined planar shape and a ground arranged on a lower side of the metal layer. The metal layer forms a first metal forming the planar shape, a notch portion formed at the first metal, and cutting out a part of an edge of the planar shape, a second metal being an electromagnetic field coupling element arranged with a predetermined distance spaced from the first metal inside the notch portion, and a feeder line formed outside the planar shape, and to be connected with the second metal via an opening portion of the notch portion. For the second metal, a width at the opening portion is smaller than a maximum width at a portion more inside the notch portion than the opening portion.

Electronic Devices with Multiple Low Band Antennas

An electronic device may include first and second antennas formed from respective first and second segments of a housing. The first antenna may have a first feed coupled to the first segment by a first switch and coupled to the first segment by a first conductive trace. The second antenna may have a second feed coupled to the second segment by a second switch and coupled to the second segment by a second conductive trace. The first segment may be separated from the second segment by a single gap, a data connector may pass through the second segment, and the antennas may selectively cover a low band. Alternatively, the first segment may be separated from the second segment by a third segment and two gaps, the data connector may pass through the third segment, and the first and second antennas may concurrently cover the low band.

A light fixture includes a housing containing a light engine, and a wireless baffle module. The wireless baffle module includes a baffle coupled to the housing and used for focusing light emitted from the light engine. The wireless baffle module further includes a wireless printed circuit board assembly coupled to an antenna. The wireless printed circuit board assembly receives and processes wireless signals from the antenna, and sends control signals to the light engine based on the wireless signals. The wireless baffle module may be coupled to a lighting system with an existing non-wireless module, or be used to replace a wireless baffle module with the same or different wireless protocol.
