WIRE TERMINALS AND METHOD OF USES
The present disclosure relates to wire terminals and/or termination mechanisms arranged and configured for use with a wiring device The wire terminals may be used in any suitable line-voltage wiring device. The wire terminals are arranged and configured to selectively receive a distal end of a wire therein.
AMPLIFIER FAST CONNECTOR
An amplifier connector including a housing having a first end with an aperture for receiving a bare cable end into a rib-receiving space between a pair of inner jaw members. The jaw members can be clamped on the cable end by moving a sliding sleeve with a wedge from an unlocked configuration to a locked configuration. A second end of the connector includes electrical contacts coupled with the pair of jaw members.
Assembly for the electrical connection of two components
An assembly (2) is described for the electrical connection of two components, in particular of a power electronics switch (58) to an electric motor (56) of a charging device (48), wherein a first component (24) has a first contact element (4) made from a conductive material and formed along a longitudinal axis (6) and designed with an outer surface (8) at least partially surrounding the longitudinal axis (6), and a second component (30) has a second contact element (14) made from a conductive material and is designed with a cavity (18) formed along the longitudinal axis (6), whose inner surface (20) corresponds to the outer surface (8) of the first contact element (4), wherein either the inner surface (20) of the second contact element (14) or the outer surface (8) of the first contact element (4) is provided with a profile (22) which has a plurality of projecting elements, wherein the inner surface (20) and the outer surface (8) are selected with respect to their lateral dimensions such that the projecting elements of the profile (22) penetrate in an area close to the surface during insertion of the first contact element (4) into the second contact element (14).

Terminal and terminal wire assembly
A terminal coupled to an electric wire includes a terminal body and a shell. The shell includes a tubular portion and pressing portions 25A and 25B that protrudes from an inner wall of the tubular portion. The tubular portion includes a bottom wall, a first sidewall that projects upward from a first side edge of the bottom wall, a second sidewall that projects upward from a second side edge of the bottom wall, a ceiling that extends from the first sidewall to the second sidewall and is opposite the bottom wall, and a restricting portion that extends from the second sidewall to the first sidewall and overlaps an outer surface of the ceiling.
CABLE CONNECTORS AND CABLE CONNECTOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS INCLUDING SAME
A cable connector (100-900) for connecting an electrical cable, the electrical cable including a cable conductor having a terminal end portion, the terminal end portion having an end face, includes an electrically conductive connector body (110), a conductor bore (102) in the connector body (110), a securing mechanism, and a contact mechanism (141). The connector bore (102) defines a conductor bore axis and is configured to receive the terminal end portion of the cable conductor along the conductor bore axis. The securing mechanism is operable to clamp onto the terminal end portion. The contact mechanism (141) includes a pressure member (170A, 170B), an electrical contact surface, and a drive mechanism (151). The drive mechanism (151) is selectively operable to drive the pressure member (170A, 170B) to force the electrical contact surface against the end face of the cable conductor.
LINEARIZED MAGNET WIRE CONNECTOR
A wire connector includes a member and a channel. A size of the channel is configured to correspond to a width of a largest wire to be connected by the wire connector. The wire connector includes a plurality of projections. The plurality of projections extend from at least one wall forming the channel.
Securing sleeve with positive locking elements
A securing sleeve for securing a shield of an electric conductor to a shielding contact includes a securing section having a bottom disposed between a pair of wings. The bottom supporting the electric conductor. The wings are spaced apart at a free end of each of the wings distal from the bottom by a slot extending in an axial direction in an open state of the securing sleeve. The wings have a plurality of complementary positive locking element at the free ends that secure the securing sleeve in a circumferential direction in a closed state.
