TAP PLUGS
A tap plug for engaging a conductor lug and a stud is provided. The tap plug includes a housing, a first member, and a second member. The housing has an inner bore defining a longitudinal axis. The first member is in the inner bore and is rotatable with respect to the housing about the longitudinal axis. The first member has an external thread at a first end, where the external thread engages the conductor lug. The second member is rotatable with respect to the housing about the longitudinal axis and has an internal thread at the first end. The first end is open so that the internal thread can engage the stud.
ASSEMBLY FOR FACILITATING ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BETWEEN A CIRCUIT BREAKER AND CABLES INSIDE A PANELBOARD
The present disclosure relates to the field of electrical engineering and discloses an assembly (100) for facilitating safe electrical connection between a circuit breaker (10) and a plurality of electrical connectors (20) inside an electrical panel board (30). The assembly comprises a plurality of connecting members (102) and a support block (104). Each connecting member (102) has a first connecting end (102a) connected to the terminals (10c) of the circuit breaker (10) and a second connecting end (102b) connected to the electrical connectors (20). The support block (104) comprises a plurality of projecting surfaces (104a), slots (104b) defined between the projecting surfaces (104a), and elongated members (104c). The slots (104b) provide a rigid support to the electrical connectors (20) to prevent bending and rotation of the connectors (20) on being subjected to a high torque. The elongated members (104c) isolate the connecting members (102) from each other.

Connector and connector with electric wires including the connector
A connector with electric wires includes a housing mounted to a vehicle body, two terminals housed in the housing, and two electric wires each connected to the terminal. The two electric wires are drawn out from openings of the housing with the two electric wires disposed in a longitudinal direction (arrow Y direction) and extended straight in a direction (arrow X direction) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the terminal. Inside the housing, the two terminals and the two electric wires are arranged on the same plane.
Connection Arrangement for Fastening an Electrical Contact Element to an Electrical Conductor
A connection arrangement includes an expansion ferrule insertable in a slidable manner into a central opening of an electrical contact element and an expansion element inserted into the expansion ferrule. The expansion ferrule is expanded when the expansion element is fully inserted into the expansion ferrule to clamp the electrical contact element and fasten the electrical contact element to an electrical conductor.

LED Module Sealing Technology
A sealing process of LED modules, comprising: (1) a waterproof wire goes through a wire-through hole of a heat sink to be connected with a positive-negative solder joints on a PCB board, wherein the positive-negative solder joint and the position that the waterproof wire going through are subjected to glue sealing treatment, and a waterproof sealing process is operated between the waterproof wire and the wire-through hole; (2) fix the PCB board on the heat sink; (3) place one sealing ring into one of the grooves; (4) apply evenly a ring of liquid silica gel along the other groove of the lens set and the amount of the liquid silica gel is limited to completely sticking the solid silica gel sealing ring; (5) the heat sink installed with the PCB board and the waterproof wire as processed in step (2) is inversely buckled on the lens set which is set with the solid silica gel ring and the liquid silica gel as processed in step (4), so as to fix the heat sink entirety and the lens set. At least two waterproof sealing rings are used for completely isolating an LED chip from the outside so as to prevent all water vapor or other harmful gases from corroding the chip and the PCB, and the sealing rings are firmer when being compared with thin film sealing; the service life is longer and the guarantees to the sealing performance between the lens set and the heat radiation frame are realized.
