CONDUCTIVE STRUCTURE
A conductive structure includes: a single-layer busbar that is formed in a plate shape and constitutes a conductive path; and a multi-layer busbar that is configured by laminating a plurality of busbars which are formed as plates thinner than the single-layer busbar and that is joined to an end of the single-layer busbar and constitutes the conductive path. The multi-layer busbar includes a main body portion in which at least some of the laminated plurality of busbars are capable of mutual displacement relative to the busbars adjacent thereto, and a joining end located at a end of the main body portion on the single-layer busbar side and in which the laminated plurality of busbars are incapable of mutual displacement relative to each other, the joining end being joined to the end of the single-layer busbar.
REMOVABLE ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS AND DEVICES
Flexible electrical connectors are provided to electrically connect electronic devices. The flexible electrical connector includes a removable adhesive tape strip having an adhesive surface thereof and an electrically conductive trace disposed on the adhesive tape strip. The flexible electrical connector engages an electronic device to form an electrical contact where the adhesive tape strip has an adhesive surface removably adhesively bonded to the substrate of the electronic device to at least partially cover the electrical contact.

ELECTRICAL CONTACT, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ELECTRICAL CONTACT
An electrical contact includes: a first end; a second end; and a solder cup section formed at the first end. The solder cup section conductively connects to an electric component including a wire, by soldering. The solder cup section has a circumferential wall region with an upper edge defining a solder cup opening at the first end, and a solder cup base, which is arranged opposite the solder cup opening and which defines a base of the solder cup section. The electrical contact is stamped and formed from a metal sheet.

Insulator for a cable end
The disclosure provides an insulator for an end of a cable, the insulator having a longitudinal body in which a central channel is provided, the insulator including a connector system arranged in the central channel, the system comprising a connection pin for receiving an end segment of the cable, the pin being shaped so as to present an inside surface that is serrated.
Connector
There is provided a connector including: a housing; and a terminal-equipped electric wire assembled to the housing. The terminal-equipped electric wire includes: a terminal; an electric wire; and a flexible conductor provided between the terminal and the electric wire. The flexible conductor is divided into a plurality of divided conductor portions along an axial direction of the flexible conductor. The divided conductor portions are bent in different directions from each other.
WIRE ASSEMBLY WITH WELDED CONTACT
A wire assembly includes a cable and a contact. The wire includes at least an inner conductor and an insulating jacket surrounding the inner conductor, wherein a tip of the inner conductor is exposed at a first end. The contact is welded to the tip of the inner conductor at the first end.
Tape-shaped contact member and method for manufacturing same
Provided is a tape-shaped contact member including a tape-shaped contact material. At least one wire-shaped brazing material is bonded to the tape-shaped contact material, at least one projection including the brazing material and protruding from a surface of the contact material is formed in a cross-sectional shape, a diffusion region containing a metal component forming the brazing material is formed along an interface with the brazing material inside the contact material, and the diffusion region has a thickness of 2 μm or more and 10 μm or less. A chip-shaped contact component can be obtained by cutting the tape-shaped contact member to an arbitrary length. The present contact component is useful as a constituent member for a switching electrical contact, and capable of adapting to height reduction of the electrical contact. The present invention can also contribute to reduction of occurrence of poor bonding.
