Electrical connection cassette

Provided is an electrical connection cassette with which it is possible to freely expand a device and add functions in accordance with the size of free space. An electrical connection cassette is provided with: a circuit board; and first connection terminals and second connection terminals mounted on the circuit board and having terminal shapes that can be engaged with each other. In a state with a terminal connection direction oriented in a predetermined direction with respect to the circuit board, the first connection terminals are disposed on the side of one main surface of the circuit board, and in a state with a terminal connection direction oriented in a direction parallel to the predetermined direction, the second connection terminals are disposed near the other main surface of the circuit board.

Electrical assembly

An electrical assembly includes a circuit board, a shunt busbar; a connector including a first conductive resilient member and a second conductive resilient member, and a controller. The first conductive resilient member and the second conductive resilient member may be disposed substantially between the circuit board and the shunt busbar. The first conductive resilient member and the second conductive resilient member may electrically connect the controller with the shunt busbar.

Electrical assembly

An electrical assembly includes a circuit board, a shunt busbar; a connector including a first conductive resilient member and a second conductive resilient member, and a controller. The first conductive resilient member and the second conductive resilient member may be disposed substantially between the circuit board and the shunt busbar. The devices may house semiconductor relays or electromechanical relays for use in direct current electrical systems.

The module element has a retaining contour arranged and designed in such a way that a first module element can be joined with a second module element in a transverse direction, and/or the module element has a fastening contour and at least one fastening element, which are arranged and designed correspondingly in such a way that a first module element can be joined with a second module element in the transverse direction to form the plug connector module. A plug connector module composed of at least two of the module elements described above is also provided.

Provided is a molding method of a sealing cover, realized by setting up a sealing cover mold, the mold includes a cavity and a core group arranged in the cavity, including setting up a first core and a second core, the mold opening direction of the first core and the second core are not parallel. The present application does not need a process hole to perform the injection molding of the sealing cover with a fastening structure, whose sealing is also better.
