WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION OF THREE-PHASE LINE PART AND THREE-PHASE LINE CONNECTING DEVICE
A waterproof construction of a three-phase line part includes a three-phase line part having three bus bar construction bodies, a first terminal block provided on one end side of the three-phase line part, a second terminal block provided on the other end side of the three-phase line part, and a tubular exterior member that covers a middle portion of the three-phase line part. One end of the tubular exterior member is water-tightly fixed to a first housing of the first terminal block, and the other end thereof is water-tightly fixed to a second housing of the second terminal block, in a state that the tubular exterior member covers the three-phase line part.
Electrical device having compact connector assembly suited for high power applications
An electrical device with a conductor assembly having a conductor member and a nut. The conductor member has a wire cradle, a conductor body and a plurality of tab members. The wire cradle has a wire support portion and at least one crimp member extending from the wire support portion. The conductor body defines a terminal with a terminal face having a first hole formed therethrough. The wire cradle and the terminal face are disposed on opposite ends of the conductor body. Each of the tab members has a first portion, which is fixedly coupled to the conductor body, and a second portion that is coupled to the first portion and being spaced apart from the terminal. The tab members and the terminal form a cage. The nut is received in the cage and has a threaded aperture that is aligned to the first hole in the terminal face.
Electrical connector
An electrical connector is used to mate with an electronic component having a conductor. The electrical connector includes an insulating body having an accommodating hole, and a terminal accommodated in the accommodating hole. A protruding portion protrudes from a first wall of the accommodating hole. An elastic arm of the terminal has a main body portion. A pre-pressurized portion and a contact portion of the elastic arm respectively have a first contact end and a second contact end. The second contact end is located closer to the main body portion than the first contact end. Prior to the first contact end abutting the protruding portion, a horizontal projection of the first contact end along an insertion direction at least partially overlaps with a horizontal projection of the protruding portion along the insertion direction and passes beyond a horizontal projection of the second contact end along the insertion direction.
Connector
A connector includes a base member having a projection, a contact made of a conductive material and having a projection accommodating portion of a recess shape into which the projection is inserted, and a housing holding the contact. The housing has a holding mechanism configured to hold a flexible conductor disposed to extend across an opening end portion of the projection accommodating portion of the contact. When the projection of the base member is inserted into the projection accommodating portion of the contact together with the flexible conductor held by the holding mechanism, the flexible conductor is sandwiched between a lateral surface of the projection and an inner surface of the projection accommodating portion to contact the inner surface of the projection accommodating portion. The contact is electrically connected to the flexible conductor.
CAP
A cap (50) is mounted on a housing (22) for accommodating a device-side terminal connected to equipment and a wire-side terminal connected to a wire, the housing (22) being formed with a second opening (228) for exposing a connected part of the device-side terminal and the wire-side terminal, and is provided with a cap body (51) for closing the second opening (228) of the housing (22), locking portions (52) to be locked to outer side surfaces of the housing (22), and protection walls (53) for covering the locking portions (52) while being spaced apart from the locking portions (52).
Electrical connection device
An electrical connection device includes a first conductive plate provided with a cutout in a circumferential edge portion of the first conductive plate and a second conductive plate adjacent to the first conductive plate without contacting the first conductive plate. A switching element includes a first terminal connected to the first conductive plate, a second terminal connected to the second conductive plate, and a control terminal, and that is turned on or off according to a voltage of the control terminal, wherein the electrical connection device further includes an insulator embedded in the cutout. A conductive path is provided on the surface of the insulator and that does not contact the first conductive plate, and to which the control terminal is connected.
CONNECTING TERMINAL
A connecting terminal having a plurality of conductor connection modules, wherein the conductor connection modules each have an insulating material housing with a conductor insertion opening for receiving an electrical conductor. In each case two conductor connection modules arranged next to one another are connected via a web, wherein the web is designed flexibly in such a way that the conductor connection modules can be arranged from an initial position into an arrangement different from the initial position, and vice versa.
ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY
An electrical assembly includes a circuit board, a shunt busbar; a connector including a first conductive resilient member and a second conductive resilient member, and a controller. The first conductive resilient member and the second conductive resilient member may be disposed substantially between the circuit board and the shunt busbar. The first conductive resilient member and the second conductive resilient member may electrically connect the controller with the shunt busbar.

ELECTRIC CONNECTION PART
There is provided an electric connection part including: a nut made of a metal, the nut being used for fixing a conductor; and a housing made of a resin, the housing having a press-fit groove into which the nut is press-fitted. The housing includes: a rib that protrudes from an inner side surface of the press-fit groove and extends along a press-fitting direction in which the nut is press-fitted into the press-fit groove, such that the rib presses the nut to be in contact with the nut; and a recess that is disposed on an extension line in which the rib extends, the recess being recessed in the press-fitting direction.
