The insulative housing includes a base portion, a mating tongue protruding forwardly from the base portion and a terminal fixing portion positioned behind the base portion; a glue receiving groove is provided between the base portion and the terminal fixing portion to allow a glue to fill therein; the terminal fixing portion is provided with at least one fencing portion at a side of the terminal fixing portion adjacent to the glue receiving groove, the fencing portion is formed with a hollow recessed groove therein. The plurality of conductive terminals are provided to the insulative housing; each conductive terminal includes a mating portion exposed on the mating tongue, a soldering portion extending out of the terminal fixing portion and a connecting portion connected between the mating portion and the soldering portion; a part of the connecting portion is exposed to the glue receiving groove. The metal shell sheathes an outer circumference of the insulative housing. The present disclosure may promote the reliability of the product.
Connector device
Provided is a connector device including a cable-side connector and a board-side connector. The cable-side connector has a cable-side housing and a plurality of cable connection terminals having pin-shaped contact portions, the cable connection terminal is configured to be connected to one end of a cable, and is provided in the cable-side housing, the board-side connector includes a board-side housing and a plurality of board fixing terminals, each board fixing terminal has a portion to be housed and an extending portion, the portion to be housed has an elastic contact piece and a closing portion, and is housed elastically displaceable inside each of a plurality of terminal housing spaces provided in the board-side housing, the extending portion extends to an outside through an opening of the terminal housing space, and is configured to be used by being fixed to a board, the elastic contact piece is configured to elastically contact the pin-shaped contact portion when the cable-side connector and the board-side connector are connected to each other, and the closing portion substantially closes the opening of the terminal housing space.
Electrical connector
An electrical connector includes an insulating body and multiple terminals accommodated in the insulating body. Each terminal has a base portion, a strip connecting portion extending upward from the base portion to be connected to a strip, and an elastic arm extending from the base portion. The elastic arm has a first tearing edge torn from the strip connecting portion, a second tearing edge torn from the strip, and a blanking edge blanked from the strip. The second tearing edge or the blanking edge has a dividing point. When each terminal is connected to the strip and expanded in a same vertical plane, the dividing point and a top point of the first tearing edge are vertically aligned. After the elastic arm is formed by bending, the dividing point and the first tearing edge are both located at a back side of the strip connecting portion.
Conductor terminal and set formed of the conductor terminal and an actuation tool
A conductor terminal with an insulating material housing and a spring-force terminal connection. The spring-force terminal connection has a contact body which is shaped out of a sheet element and has a base portion, lateral wall portions that protrude from the base portion and are mutually spaced, and solder connection contact tongues. The base portion together with the lateral wall portions forms a conductor receiving channel for receiving an electric conductor, and leaf spring tongues protrude from the lateral wall portions so as to face one another, each leaf spring tongue has a clamping edge for clamping an electric conductor received in the conductor receiving channel. The insulating material housing has a conductor insertion opening which leads to the conductor receiving channel on the front face.
Electrical connector
An electrical connector includes an insulating body, and multiple terminals accommodated therein. Each terminal has a connecting portion, two side portions bending backward and extending from left and right sides of the connecting portion, two extending portions provided opposite to each other and extending downward from the two side portions, and two embracing arms connected to lower ends of the two extending portions. The two embracing arms jointly embrace a solder ball, which has a first vertical central plane in a front-rear direction. The two embracing arms are located on two sides of the first vertical central plane. A distance between the front ends of the two embracing arms is less than a distance between the rear ends of the two embracing arms of each terminal. The front ends of the two embracing arms are attached with solder liquid formed by melting of the solder ball during soldering.
Base of electrical connector and electrical connector thereof
A base of an electrical connector includes a fixing pin and a base body. The fixing pin includes a pin body, a stopping element and one or more latches. The pin body includes a lower end and an upper end, the stopping element is disposed at the upper end, and the latch is disposed on the pin body in a protruding manner. One or more installation troughs are formed on a rear surface of the base body and the installation trough is in communication with a front surface of the base body through an insertion hole. The base body further includes a pin hole formed on an outer peripheral surface of the base body, and the pin hole is intersected with and in communication with the installation trough. The latch is adapted to be engaged with a stopper block formed on an inner wall of the pin hole.
