Electric Vehicle Charging System
An external electric vehicle battery thermal management system is described. An electric vehicle thermal system provides external coolant to an internal battery thermal system of an electric vehicle. The internal battery thermal system includes a liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger to cool or warm the set of batteries of the electric vehicle. The external coolant is pumped through a first side of the heat exchanger and serves as the source to cool or heat internal coolant pumped through a second side of the heat exchanger. The external coolant and the internal coolant do not mix.
SUBSEA CONNECTOR
A configurable subsea wet-mateable connector includes a receptacle connector body and a plug connector body. The subsea receptacle connector unit includes at least two receptacle inserts chosen from at least one of a power connector unit, a data connector unit, an optical fibre connector unit, a pneumatic connector unit or a fluid connector unit. The subsea plug connector unit includes at least two plug inserts having the same two of a power connector unit, a data connector unit, an optical fibre connector unit, a pneumatic connector unit or a fluid connector unit.
LIQUID COOLING SYSTEM OF CHARGING GUN AND CHARGING GUN
Provided are a liquid cooling system of a charging gun and a charging gun. The liquid cooling system includes a head cooling assembly, a tail cooling assembly, a liquid input pipe and a liquid output pipe. The head cooling assembly includes a cooling pipe assembly. The cooling pipe assembly is connected to a charging terminal of the charging gun. The tail cooling assembly includes a connection box and a first conductive member. One end of the first conductive member is disposed in the connection box. A cable connected to the charging terminal is connected to the first conductive member in the connection box. Another end of the first conductive member is connected to an external power supply. The liquid input pipe extends through the connection box and communicates with the inlet of the cooling pipe assembly. The liquid output pipe communicates with the outlet of the cooling pipe assembly.
AUTO-INSULATING CONCENTRIC WET-MATE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FOR DOWNHOLE APPLICATIONS
A wet-mate connector assembly can include a male portion having a male electrical contact with a valve metal alloy thereon. The wet-mate connector assembly can also include a female portion having a female electrical contact with the valve metal alloy thereon. The female portion can receive the male portion for defining a fluid flow path therein and can form an electrical connection with the male portion. The valve metal alloy can respond to an electrical charge and a downhole fluid by forming an insulation layer on at least one of the male electrical contact or the female electrical contact in a downhole of a well.
PLUG CONTACT
A plug contact for an electrical charging connector includes: a contact element having a contact area with at least one spring-loaded contact means, and a connection area for connecting an electrical conductor; a cooling element arranged at least in some areas around the contact area; and a heat-conducting element arranged between the cooling element and the contact element. The heat-conducting element is elastic and thermally and mechanically contacts the cooling element and the contact element.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION PLUG, ELECTRICAL CONNECTION DEVICE AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE
An electrical connection plug, an electrical connection device and an electric. The electrical connection plug includes a first fixing plate, a mounting base, an electrical connection assembly and a plurality of plug-in assemblies, the electrical connection assembly and the plurality of the plug-in assemblies are all connected to the mounting base, and the mounting base is in floating connection with the first fixing plate. The electrical connection device includes an electrical connection socket and the above electrical connection plug, the electrical connection assembly and the plurality of plug-in assemblies are all connected to the electrical connection socket. The electric vehicle includes a battery pack, a vehicle body and the above electrical connection device, the electrical connection plug is connected to the vehicle body, and the electrical connection socket is connected to the battery pack.
RACK SYSTEMS AND PACKAGING FOR SERVERS
A source module includes a server fluid distribution unit and a busbar unit, as well as connectors. In an embodiment, a server fluid distribution unit to be coupled to a rack fluid distribution unit and the one or more server blades for deploying one or more servers. In an embodiment, a busbar unit to be coupled with an alternating current (AC) power distribution unit and the one or more server blades. In an embodiment, the source module is to be coupled to the rack fluid distribution unit to distribute cooling fluid received from a cooling fluid source to the one or more server blades of corresponding server chassis and to extract heat from the one or more servers.
On-board liquid-cooled or gas-cooled charging cable for electric vehicles
Embodiments of a liquid-cooled charging cable are described. The charging cable includes one or more electrically conductive cables having a first end and a second end. Each cable has a set of one or more cooling tubes. Each cooling tube includes an inlet and an outlet, both at the first end of the cable, a forward part in thermal contact with the cable, the forward part beginning at the inlet and extending from the first end to the second end, and a reverse part in thermal contact with the cable, the reverse part extending from the second end to the first end and ending at the outlet. The forward and reverse parts together form a continuous fluid path between the inlet and the outlet, so that a working fluid can flow through each cooling tube from the inlet through the forward part and the reverse part to the outlet.

The invention relates to a connecting device for connecting an electrical apparatus to another electrical apparatus, with a connection by means of which the electrical apparatus can be electrically and/or hydraulically connected to the other electrical apparatus, a connection body that has a plurality of alignment sections that are designed in such a way that during a connection process, the electrical apparatus is aligned with the other electrical apparatus in a plurality of spatial directions in a plurality of steps.
Electric vehicle charge equipment
An electric vehicle charge equipment (EVSE) for supplying a charge current to an electrical vehicle includes: a liquid cooled charge cable with a charge connector for connecting to the electrical vehicle; and a charge current regulating device for regulating the charge current based on a temperature of the cooling liquid. Regulating the charge current includes: charging the electrical vehicle with a first charge current for an initial time period and thereafter charging the electrical vehicle with a second charge current that is greater than the first charge current, and/or reducing the charge current as long as the temperature of the cooling liquid is below a temperature threshold, and/or charging the electrical vehicle with a first charge current as long as the temperature of the cooling liquid is below a temperature threshold and thereafter charging the electrical vehicle with a second charge current that is greater than the first charge current.
