Plug cap assembly
A plug cap assembly for use on a plug (10) comprises a plug cap (20) configured for releasable arrangement on at least a part of a plug head portion, and comprises a flexible connection member (21) having a first end and a second end, a flexible connection (23) between a cap top portion (26) and said second end, and a connection element (24; 24′) releasably connected to the plug or to a cable (9). The flexible connection member may be moved with respect to the connection element and a suspended length (1) may be adjusted such that it is less than a distance (d) between the suspension structure (25) and an adjacent vehicle body (3).
PCIE/SAS FEMALE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
A Peripheral Component Interconnect Express/Serial Attached SCSI (PSAS) female connector includes a frame member, a terminal member, and a cover member; the frame member including a terminal groove disposed in the frame member and a tilt portion disposed in the terminal groove adjacent to a plug end; the terminal member inserted in the frame member and including a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) 7 pin terminal, a Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) 40 pin terminal, a 15 Pin signal terminal, a 6 Pin terminal, and a 4 Pin terminal. When the PSAS female connector is engaged with the male connector, the SATA 7 Pin terminal and the SAS 40 Pin terminal are pressed by a terminal of the male connector to be bent toward an outer lateral side of the terminal groove to contact the elastic plate of the cover member. The present invention effectively improves the cross interference during high speed transmission, thereby achieving the Generation 5 performance requirement.
Magnetic connector assembly
A magnetic connector assembly has a female connector with spring-loaded conductive pins slightly protruding inside a recess or cavity in the female connector's body. A corresponding male connector has a protrusion on its body with conductive pins slightly indented into the protrusion's surface. The protrusion on the male connector is sized and shaped to fit into the cavity in the female connector such that the male connector's pins engage the pins of the female connector, allowing for electrical communication across the connector assembly. Magnets on the male and female connectors secure them in a correct orientation. A unique shape ensures proper alignment of the pins and prevents the connection of incompatible devices.
Universal power cord handling device
A power cord handling device and a method to adjust a power cord extending from a device are provided. A frame assembly may include a base supporting a device receiving area to receive a device. A wheel assembly may be adapted to facilitate coiling of a power cord extending from the device when the device is disposed in the device receiving area. The wheel assembly may include a protrusion member. The protrusion member may include one or more slots. A controller may be configured to control a wheel assembly motor. Guide arms may be adapted to receive one or more second portions of the power cord extending from the device and to guide the power cord during a power cord handling operation. The controller may be configured to cause the wheel assembly to perform a power cord handling operation.

Cord management device
A cord management device securable to objects lacking a cord management system. An embodiment includes a flexible substratum on which two outwardly facing hooks are secured in a longitudinally spaced manner. An embodiment further includes a receptacle adapted to receiving and temporarily house the prongs on an electrical cord. The flexible substratum preferably includes an adhesive, magnet, or fastener to temporarily or permanently secure the device to objects. The device is thereby attachable to an object to aid in the securement of an electrical cord.

Self-Aligning Holster For J1772 Plug Used In Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment
An electric vehicle charger for charging a vehicle has a housing. A holster is fixedly attached to the housing having a latch partition and a plug partition. The plug partition houses a plug latch. A plug having a male charging connector is inserted into the hosung, where a spring-loaded latch positioned on a male charging connector engages and disengages the plug latch. The plug partition has a curvature that allows the plug to be inserted into the holster at an angle for engaging the spring-loaded latch with the plug latch. The spring-loaded latch disengages from the plug latch by a radial movement along the path of the curvature.
