SPRING CONNECTOR
20230023375 · 2023-01-26 ·

Provided is a spring connector, including a base, a plurality of connector female ends and a grounding ring. The base has a surface. The plurality of connector female ends are disposed on the base and exposed on the surface. End portions exposed on the surface are recessed in the surface. The grounding ring is disposed on the base and exposed on the surface, and correspondingly surrounds at least one of the plurality of connector female ends. An end portion of the grounding ring exposed on the surface is flush with the surface or protrudes from the surface.

High-speed connector with shielding piece surrounding signal pins and connected to ground pins

The present disclosure discloses a high-speed connector including an insulating body and a terminal module. The terminal module includes a number of terminal groups. Each terminal group includes a number of ground terminals, a number of signal terminals and a shielding piece. The ground terminal includes a ground pin. The signal terminal includes a signal pin. The shielding piece includes a number of convex portions and a number of surrounding portions. The ground pins and the signal pins are distributed in a staggered manner. At least one ground pin is in contact with the convex portion of the shielding piece. The surrounding portion surrounds the signal pins. When the ground pins and the signal pins are no longer in the same plane or the same row, the shielding piece can prevent cross-talk among signals, thereby improving the transmission quality.

CABLE CONNECTOR SYSTEM

A cable connector includes a cable including a center conductor and a housing supporting a portion of the center conductor. An imaginary line divides a cross-section of the center conductor into two semicircles, and when the cable connector is mated with a mating connector, only one of the two semicircles is directly connected with a corresponding contact of the mating connector.

Insulative support for very high speed electrical interconnection

An electrical connector module with openings in an insulative support selectively positioned to limit dielectric loss in a signal. The connector may include a first and second conductor including first and second sides between first and second edges. An insulative support holds the first conductor adjacent the second conductor and may have at least five pedestal portions, wherein the first pedestal portion contacts the first side of the first conductor, the second pedestal portion contacts the second side of the first conductor, the third pedestal portion contacts the first side of the second conductor, the fourth pedestal portion contacts the second side of the second conductor, and at least a portion of the fifth pedestal portion is disposed between two edges of the first and second conductors. The pedestal portions may have widths less than the widths of the first and second sides of the first and second conductors.

A multi-conductor bus with radially arranged conductor wires on which addressable bead devices that may incorporate light-emitting diodes (LEDs) or other surface mount devices (SMDs) can be easily mounted. The radial bus is designed to provide an improved range of flexibility and motion while allowing for easy addition of bead devices along its length that utilize self-addressing bus protocols such as cascading device protocols. The design of the flexible, interruptible radial bus facilitates the use of pass-through and interrupted paths along the bus that simplifies the installation of addressable devices along the bus such as the bus-mounted bead devices disclosed herein.
