High voltage connector

A high voltage connector is disclosed. The high voltage connector principally consists of a housing body, a shielding case, a plurality of L-shaped conductive terminals, two L-shaped signal terminals, and a seal ring. The housing body is provided with a terminal accommodating body therein, and the shielding case is embedded in the housing body for covering the terminal accommodating body. Particularly, four guide slots are formed on a lateral side of the terminal accommodating body, four prop blocks are respectively formed in the four guide slots, and the shielding case is designed to have four prop members. In case of the shielding case being disposed to cover the terminal accommodating body, the four prop members slide in the four guide slots, and then are consequently stopped by the four prop blocks, thereby being fixed in the housing body.

High voltage connector

A high voltage connector is disclosed. The high voltage connector principally consists of a housing body, a shielding case, a plurality of L-shaped conductive terminals, two L-shaped signal terminals, and a seal ring. The housing body is provided with a terminal accommodating body therein, and the shielding case is embedded in the housing body for covering the terminal accommodating body. Particularly, four guide slots are formed on a lateral side of the terminal accommodating body, four prop blocks are respectively formed in the four guide slots, and the shielding case is designed to have four prop members. In case of the shielding case being disposed to cover the terminal accommodating body, the four prop members slide in the four guide slots, and then are consequently stopped by the four prop blocks, thereby being fixed in the housing body.

CONNECTOR

A connector includes: a terminal fitting; a housing containing the terminal fitting inside and provided with a fitting portion inserted and fitted into inside of a hole-shaped counterpart fitting portion of a counterpart wall member; and a shield shell including a cylindrical portion covering, from outside, a projecting portion of the housing projecting from the counterpart fitting portion, a flange portion projecting outer than an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion and a fixed portion bent from an end portion of the flange portion and fixed on an end surface of the counterpart wall member. The shield shell is provided with a bent portion between the flange portion and the fixed portion, and a bulging portion including an inner wall surface positioned inside a curve of the bent portion at an end portion in an extending direction of a bending line of the bent portion.

CONNECTOR

A connector includes: a terminal fitting; a housing containing the terminal fitting inside and provided with a fitting portion inserted and fitted into inside of a hole-shaped counterpart fitting portion of a counterpart wall member; and a shield shell including a cylindrical portion covering, from outside, a projecting portion of the housing projecting from the counterpart fitting portion, a flange portion projecting outer than an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion and a fixed portion bent from an end portion of the flange portion and fixed on an end surface of the counterpart wall member. ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR FOR VEHICLE

The present disclosure relates to an electrical plug connector, such as a high-voltage plug connector, for a vehicle. The plug connector comprises a plug with a plug casing, one or more electrical contact parts accommodated in the plug casing, a socket with a socket casing, and a protective housing at least partly encasing the plug casing and the socket casing. The protective housing comprises an attachment flange in a connection area reaching up to a counterpart connectable thereto. An engagement ridge of the protective housing is spaced apart from the attachment flange in the longitudinal direction L of the plug connector and at least positively engages in an engagement channel of the plug casing.

ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR FOR VEHICLE

The present disclosure relates to an electrical plug connector, such as a high-voltage plug connector, for a vehicle. The sealing portion formed of an elastic material is provided so as to protrude outward from a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the supporting portion and the sealing portion is pressure-contacted to an inner surface of the outer case in a circumferential form in a state of press-fitting the protruding portion. In this way, it is possible to reliably prevent water from entering into the deep side of the outer case and to decrease the length.
