Power connector assembly
A power connector assembly includes a busbar having a mounting surface and openings extending into the busbar being open at the mounting surface and power contacts arranged in a power contact array electrically connected to the busbar. Each power contact includes a main body, a first compliant pin extending from the main body, and a second compliant pin extending from the main body. The first compliant pin is received in the corresponding opening of the busbar to electrically connect the power contact to the busbar. The second compliant pin is configured to be received in a plated via of a printed circuit board to electrically connect the power contact to the printed circuit board. The power contact array mechanically and electrically connects the busbar to the printed circuit board.
SUPPORT RAILS FOR LUMINAIRES OR ELECTRCIAL UNITS
A support rail for luminaires or electrical units (60) has a support rail profile (50), which encloses an elongated receiving space, along with at least one busbar (55), arranged in the receiving space, with contactable conductors (58), wherein the support rail (50) further has, on its outside, display means (10) for visually representing the function of the conductors (58).
BATTERY WIRING MODULE
A battery wiring module including: bus bars including a terminating bus bar having an external connection portion; a case accommodating the bus bars; a cover portion mounted on the case to cover the bus bars while including a fixing portion mounted on the case, a large lid portion attached to the fixing portion via a first hinge portion to be rotatable from a first closed end covering the external connection portion and its peripheral region to a first open end exposing the external connection portion and its peripheral region, and a small lid portion attached to the large lid portion via a second hinge portion to be rotatable from a second closed end covering the external connection portion to a second open end exposing the external connection portion; and a retainer to retain the large lid portion at the first open end.
Busbar design that terminates with sealed connector
A novel busbar, suitable for low-power applications, features a u-shaped extension having a male terminal that fits into and establishes electrical connection with a standard female terminal. The housing of an electrical box including the busbar is modified to receive the female terminal in such a way that Ingress Protection ratings of IP67 and IP69K are maintained within the electrical box. The busbar is not riveted to a thicker busbar terminating with a stud and lug nut, as in legacy configurations, thus being simpler and cheaper to manufacture. The female terminal, once connected to the busbar, is removable by inserting a tool into a dedicated opening within the housing.
Low-impedance bus assemblies and apparatus including the same
A bus assembly includes a planar first bus, a second bus including a first planar bus section on the first bus and a second planar bus section connected to the first planar bus section and offset from the first planar bus section, and a third bus comprising a third planar bus section disposed between the first bus and the second planar bus section, and a fourth planar bus section connected to the third planar bus section, offset from third planar bus section, and disposed on the first planar bus section.
TERMINAL BLOCK
A terminal block electrically relays inside and outside of a partition wall sealing a liquid. The terminal block includes a housing disposed so as to penetrate the partition wall, a bus bar inserted into the housing, a seal member attached to the housing so as to seal a gap between the bus bar and the housing, and a holder assembled to the housing outside the partition wall with respect to the seal member so as to prevent the seal member from coming off. The bus bar extends across the inside and outside of the partition wall through a first through hole of the housing, a seal hole of the seal member, and a second through hole of the holder. Durability of a material constituting the housing to the liquid is better than durability of a material constituting the holder to the liquid.

ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR FOR A BUSBAR
The present invention relates to an electrical plug connector for an electrical connection system. The electrical plug connector comprises a plug connector housing comprising a housing body and a busbar portion. The busbar portion is at least partially accommodated in the plug connector housing. The busbar portion includes a busbar conductor, and a busbar end which is integrally formed with the busbar conductor. The busbar end includes a connection portion that is configured for being plugged to a mating connector to establish an electrical connection. The busbar end further includes a retention means which is configured to engage with a corresponding retention means to receive pull forces being imposed on the busbar portion in a direction opposite to a mating direction. The plug connector housing has a corresponding retention means that engages with the retention means when the busbar portion is at least partially accommodated in the plug connector housing.
TERMINAL BLOCK POWER FEEDER CONNECTOR DEVICES
A power feeder device can include a base having a mounting portion and a plurality of connector structures extending from the mounting portion and spaced apart relative to each other to form a respective gap therebetween. Each connector structure can be configured to receive a respective pair of terminals to electrically connect the respective pair of terminals within connector structures and to block a line of sight between adjacent pairs of terminals. The device can also include a cover configured to mate with the base to enclose each of the plurality of connector structures and to increase a length of a creepage path between each pair of terminals by at least partially inserting into each gap between the connector structures. The base and the cover can be configured to form a terminal opening on each lateral side when assembled to allow pass-through of a conductor and/or portion of each terminal. In certain embodiments, at least one of the terminals of the respective pair of terminals can be a bus bar extending from a bus bar chassis and the base and/or the cover can form a creepage barrier that extend into a chassis wall opening of the bus bar chassis to increase a length of a chassis creepage path from the respective pair of terminals to the bus bar chassis.
HEADER POWER CONNECTOR
A header power connector includes a header housing assembly including an outer housing having cavities that receive corresponding inner housings, which hold terminals for electrically connecting upper and lower busbars. The inner housings are movable relative to the outer housing to accommodate misalignment of the corresponding upper and lower busbars. The terminals are movable in the terminal channels of the inner housings to accommodate misalignment of the corresponding upper and lower busbars.
