A short-circuit probe for short-circuiting an inner conductor with an outer conductor in a multiway coaxial plug includes an electrically-conductive contact spring comprising a holding and stabilizing section and a contacting section. The contacting section is bent and comprises an inner-conductor contact section and an outer-conductor contact section. A housing comprises: a receiving space; an inner-conductor insertion opening in a first end face, via which the short-circuiting inner conductor of the multiway coaxial plug can be inserted into the receiving space and can be brought into contact with the inner-conductor contact section; and a laterally and/or radially aligned outer-conductor contacting opening, wherein the outer-conductor contact section of the contact spring passes through the outer-conductor contacting opening and can be brought into contact with the outer conductor. The contact spring is arranged inside the receiving space and extends over a predominant length of the housing.

A trailer illumination assembly includes a trailer that has a plurality of running lights disposed on the trailer. The trailer includes a power source is positioned in the trailer and a female light plug which can be electrically coupled to a male light plug on a towing vehicle. The female light plug is in communication with the plurality of running light. An adapter plug is pluggable into the female light plug when the female light plug is not electrically coupled to the male light plug on the towing vehicle. Additionally, the adapter plug places the power source on the trailer in electrical communication with the plurality of running lights on the trailer. In this way the running lights on the trailer can be powered by the power source on the trailer.

The electrical plug connector comprises a diagnosis module with an oaten conductor contact and an inner conductor contact within the outer conductor contact. The mating plug connector comprises a diagnosis head with an electrically conductive spring cage, which is designed for electrical and mechanical connection to the outer conductor contact of the diagnosis module of the plug connector. The spring cage electrically and mechanically contacts the inner conductor contact of the diagnosis module of the plug connector when the plug connector is plugged together with the mating, plug connector.

A multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product are disclosed. The multifunctional high-voltage connector includes: a fuse, a socket, and a plug. The socket includes a base and a socket terminal. The plug includes a seat and a plug terminal. The base includes: a first main body portion; a first accommodating portion, protruding from the first main body portion; and a second accommodating portion, protruding from the first main body portion and provided to be spaced apart from the first accommodating portion. The fuse is accommodated in the first accommodating portion. At least a part of the socket terminal is accommodated in the second accommodating portion. The seat of the plug is inserted into the second accommodating portion of the base.

A socket includes a housing and a plurality of contacts. The housing is formed in a box-shape with an opening and is provided with a matrix of through holes at a bottom portion. The plurality of contacts includes ground contacts and signal contacts which are arranged so as to be aligned alternately in a predetermined array direction by one or a plurality of them and are passed through the through holes. A charging system for a battery-operated machine is disclosed. The charging system includes a charging receptacle having a power connection and a signal connection, with the charging receptacle configured to receive electrical current via the power connection from a power supply plug. The charging system further includes a heat rejection element thermally coupled to the charging receptacle, a temperature sensor, and a charging controller operatively coupled to the temperature sensor and the charging receptacle. The charging controller is configured to receive a temperature signal from the temperature sensor, the temperature signal being indicative of a charging-receptacle temperature. The charging controller is further configured to transmit, via the signal connection to the connected plug, a control signal to adjust (e.g., raise or lower) the electrical current supplied to the power connection.
