MULTI-PIECE CONNECTOR
A multi-piece connector is provided. The multi-piece connector includes a jumper conductor for electrically interconnecting parts of conductive terminals of the connector, without having to use any additional jumper, such that an electronic device having such a connector can be made more compact in size.
PLUG FOR CONVERSION OF LIGHTS WITH NON-INTEGRATED 4-PIN BULBS
This invention is a device and method for converting a non-integrated CFL lamp from a two-bulb configuration into a one-bulb configuration.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND TEST METHOD FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
Example implementations involve an electrical connector and a test method of the electrical connector, wherein the electrical conduction condition between a ground member and a ground terminal can be easily confirmed while reliably contacting the ground member and ground terminal. Electrical connector involves a plurality of terminals including two types of terminals, namely, signal terminals and ground terminals; a retaining body, made of an insulating material, that arranges and retains the plurality of terminals in a condition where the signal terminals and ground terminals are intermingled; and a ground member retained by the retaining body on the inward side of the retaining body, in a condition contacting at least two ground terminals; wherein the ground member has a detecting part exposed from the retaining body in order to detect an electrical conduction condition between the ground terminals and the ground member.
Adapter system for plug-on neutral load center
An adapter bracket, which screws onto an existing neutral bar in a load center, having legs inserted through the holes in the neutral bar or screwed into the top of the neutral bar. The adapter bracket is configured to accept downward-facing or sideways-facing plug-on neutral mounting clips of a plug-on neutral circuit breaker. The bracket has a support portion extending along a Z-axis perpendicular to a rear wall of the load center. The downward-facing clips can be plugged onto the support portion. Sideways-facing clips are received onto tabs that are bent away from the support portion of the bracket and feature chamfered ends and a relatively small aspect ratio relative to the length of the mounting clip. The other holes in the existing neutral bar remain unobstructed so that a conventional neutral conductor can be inserted through the free holes while the adapter bracket accommodates plug-on neutral mounting clips.
POSITION ASSURANCE APPARATUS, CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY, BATTERY, AND POWER CONSUMPTION APPARATUS
A position assurance apparatus includes a first connecting portion, and a second connecting portion configured to be electrically connected to the first connecting portion. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are configured to be electrically connected to a signal circuit through a first connector, so that the signal circuit is turned on in response to the first connector and a second connector being plugged into place.
CONNECTOR
It is aimed to enable a plurality of housings to be stacked without enlarging a connector. A connector includes a housing (60) including a lock receiving portion (67) inside and a case (10) internally provided with accommodation areas (13) capable of accommodating a plurality of the housings (60) in parallel and including lock portions (21) on back surfaces (18) of the accommodation areas (13), and the lock portions (21) resiliently lock the lock receiving portions (67) of the respective housings (60) to restrict the separation of the housings (60) from the accommodation areas (13).

JOINT CONNECTOR
In the process of mounting a joint terminal (5) into a first terminal accommodating portion (16) of a housing (15), tab terminals (6) of the joint terminal (5) move forward along tab entrance paths (26) formed in the housing (15). The tab entrance path (26) is formed with a cam portion (27) spiral about an axis thereof. As the tab terminal (6) moves forward in the tab entrance path (26), a follower portion (8) formed at an intermediate position of the tab terminal (6) is guided by the cam portion (27). Thus, the tab terminal (6) is twisted about an axis. In this way, resilient contact pieces (14) of female terminals (9A, 9B) face the tab terminals (6) in a plate surface direction of the tab terminals (6) and are connected to the tab terminals (6).
Connection Cage For Connecting Two Electrical Flat Contacts
A connection cage for connecting two electrical flat contacts with a first flat contact receptacle for a first flat contact, which is accessible from the outside through a first insertion opening along a first insertion direction, and a second flat contact receptacle for a second flat contact, which is accessible from the outside through a second insertion opening along a second insertion direction.
MANUAL SERVICE DISCONNECT FOR A BATTERY SYSTEM
An interconnect is disclosed that opens a battery circuit when an access cover is removed. The interconnect includes a single installed position, and does not include any throw positions to avoid ambiguity. The interconnect includes a conductive element that closes the battery circuit when the interconnect is installed. The access cover cannot be removed when the interconnect is installed, because the interconnect includes at least one mechanical feature that prevents removal of the access cover. In some instances, the interconnect is integrated into the access cover, such that when the cover is removed, the circuit is opened necessarily during removal. The interconnect interface may include blades, pins, or other electrically conducting elements. The interconnect is arranged in the battery system away from power electronics and other components that may interface to an electrical load, thus providing an added measure of safety when the access cover is off.
