COAXIAL CABLE CONNECTOR AND UNIVERSAL COAXIAL CABLE FIXING SLEEVE THEREOF
A coaxial cable connector system, comprising a coaxial connector, a coaxial cable, and a universal coaxial cable fixing sleeve is provided. The universal coaxial cable fixing sleeve comprises a first gripping component, a second gripping component, and a third gripping component. When the coaxial cable is assembled to the universal coaxial cable fixing sleeve, the first gripping component grips a conductive shield of the cable, and the second and third gripping components grip a protective outer jacket of the cable, respectively. When the universal coaxial cable fixing sleeve is engaged to a first connector, a first housing outer surface thereof corresponds to and fixedly engages with a sleeve receiving inner surface of the first connector, and when disengaged and engaged to a second connector different in type from the first connector, no re-preparation of the cable is required for corresponding fixed engagement.
Custom Power Outlet Socket That Has Integrated Wireless Functionality
A custom outlet module is contained within a housing and has an electric current sensor configured to measure current passing through an electric outlet during a time period, a proximity sensor configured to detect a distance of an object relative to the electric outlet during the time period, a relay switch that can open or close to stop or conduct current through a circuit in the electric outlet in response to a command, and a wireless network interface in communication with the electric current sensor and the proximity sensor, the wireless network interface configured to transmit and receive data from the current sensor and the proximity sensor, to transmit commands to the relay switch, transmit the data to a computing device, and receive commands from the computing device.
COUPLING ELECTRONIC SEAL
The present invention includes a plug bolt and a bolt seat. The plug bolt includes a bolt pin having a receiving hole that receives a circuit device including an RFID chip electrically connected with a main circuit and a radiation unit. The receiving hole defines a hole body arranged in an axial direction, and an open hole bottom at a bottom of the hole body. The main circuit includes a lower contact point. The radiation unit induces an effect of coupling feed with respect to the hold body to make the bolt pin forming an upper monopole antenna. The bolt seat includes a lower monopole antenna and a locking hole into which the bolt pin is insertable. When the lower monopole antenna is electrically connected with the lower contact point, the upper and lower monopole antennas jointly form a standard dipole antenna to emit a signal that is monitorable.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS FOR COAXIAL TRANSMISSION LINES INCLUDING TAPER AND ELECTRICALLY THIN RESISTIVE LAYER
An electrical connector configured to electrically couple a signal transmission line to another signal transmission line is disclosed. The electrical connector comprises: a first electrical conductor disposed around a center axis, the first electrical conductor having a taper along its length, wherein the first electrical conductor is substantially azimuthally symmetric around the center axis; a second electrical conductor disposed around the center axis, the second electrical conductor having the taper along its length, the second electrical conductor being substantially azimuthally symmetric around the center axis; a dielectric region comprising a gas, and disposed between the first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor, the dielectric region having the taper along its length; and a dielectric element disposed in the dielectric region between the first and second electrical conductors, the dielectric element being substantially azimuthally symmetric around the center axis.
System for locking a fitting base of a plug to a plug, associated fitting base and plug
A fitting base of a plug includes a supporting element including at least one opening suitable for receiving at least one connector of the plug, a first stationary portion projecting from the supporting element, a first movable portion secured to the first stationary portion, the movable portion having a shape and dimensions suitable for the insertion thereof into a first cavity in the plug when the at least one connector of the plug is fitted in the at least one opening in the supporting element.
Power supply docking station with internal battery power
A power supply docking station for a SINCGARS RT-1523 radio has a housing configured to support and provides DC power to the radio and a power amplifier. The housing has an integrated battery compartment for receiving at least two military standard BB-2590 batteries. Each battery can independently power the radio and the power amplifier, such that the other battery can be swapped out while the radio and power amplifier are in use. In another embodiment, a power supply docking station supports and provides power to a Harris 150-series radio. In another embodiment, a power supply docking station supports and provides power to a Harris 160-series radio.
CABLE STRAIN RELIEF APPARATUS AND ASSOCIATED CABLE ASSEMBLY
A cable strain relief apparatus for a cable attached to a connector includes at least one multi-section member. The member includes a first section configured to partially surround a portion of the connector and a second section aligned with the first section along a central longitudinal axis and configured to partially surround a portion of the cable. Where the apparatus includes two members, each member may include similar first and second sections, but one member may include a protrusion extending from an exposed face of a wall of the member's second section and the other member may include a protrusion receptacle integrated into an exposed face of a wall of such member's second section, wherein when the two members are joined together, the protrusion mates with the protrusion receptacle. A binder may be optionally included to secure the member to the cable or to retain the mated members together.
Connector and connector insert for protecting conductor spring-elements
A connector, and connector insert, configured to inhibit plastic deformation of at least one of the axially projecting fingers of an outer conductor basket associated with a connector. The connector insert comprises: (i) an outwardly facing flange configured to engage a shoulder formed at a base of the axially projecting fingers of the outer conductor basket, (ii) a tubular structure defining an elongate axis and having plurality of engagement sections extending normal to the outwardly facing flange, each engagement section having a surface disposed substantially normally to a radial projecting from the elongate axis; and (iii) a plurality of stiffening sections having a surface disposed substantially parallel to a radial projecting from the elongate axis. The engagement sections function to prevent plastic deformation of the axially projecting fingers, thereby preventing damage to the fingers and/or the transmission of RF signals The stiffening sections function to support the engagement sections while furthermore preventing the insertion of a non-mating second connector into, or against, the outer conductor basket of a first connector.
Device Configuration Based On Detected User
Audio tones are detected by a device. An identifier of a user is extracted from the audio tones. The identifier of the user and status information associated with the device are transmitted to a remote server. The device is configured based on a rule received from the remote server, wherein the rule is based on times series data received from the device and indicative of usage of the device by the user.
