CABLE OR WIRE ORGANIZATION SYSTEM
20190222012 · 2019-07-18 ·

A cable or wire organization system enables the ordering of multiple strands into a bundle while maintaining the identity of each. The system reduces the chance of losing or letting a cable slip from where it is known. The system opens in a clamshell style to allow the cables to be placed in retainers before the system is closed to secure the cables. The system is once piece so to facilitate the system remaining in take after multiple uses.

WATERTIGHT ELECTRICAL CONDUIT

A rigid conduit (for example, a metal conduit) featuring an electrofusable section secured to the rigid conduit to allow the rigid conduit to be electrofusion welded to another component of the fueling installation, such as a sump or further electrofusable conduit, is provided by the present disclosure. In certain exemplifications, multiple spaced electrofusable sections are provided on the rigid conduit, with corrosion resistant sections spanning the electrofusable sections in certain arrangements.

PLUG CONNECTOR PART HAVING COOLED CONTACT ELEMENTS FOR CHARGING ELECTRICAL VEHICLES
20190176653 · 2019-06-13 ·

A plug connector part includes: a plug section for plugging connection to an associated counter plug connector part; at least one contact element arranged on the plug section and having at least one electrically-conductive contact section for plugging connection to an associated counter-contact element of the counter plug connector part, and a shaft section connected to the contact section for securing an electrical line to the contact element; and a casing element that is attachable to the shaft section of the at least one contact element and has a body, a plug opening formed in the body for receiving the shaft section, and a cooling channel which is formed in or on the body and extends around the plug opening for conducting a coolant.

Equipotential mat using wire mesh netting

Disclosed is an equipotential (EPZ) matting for creating an equipotential zone at a work site. A wire mesh of the EPZ matting is constructed by first cutting desired lengths of cable and laying the lengths of cable parallel and adjacent to each other. The cables are then connected to one another at regularly spaced intervals along the cables using pressed metal ferrules. The connections are staggered as between adjacent cables to create an evenly spaced, open mesh pattern when the wire mesh is tensioned perpendicularly to the longitudinal axes of the cables when initially laid along side one another. The wire mesh is opened and pulled tight for use as EPZ matting on the work site. After work is completed, the mesh is closed and bundled for transport, storage, and re-use.

Bend radius guide

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a cable bend radius guide. The cable bend radius guide comprises a flexibly rigid linear material of a predetermined length having a plurality of pairs of corresponding bend radius markers each separated by a predetermined distance along the predetermined length. The cable bend radius guide further comprises at least one constraint configured to fasten a first bend radius marker and a second bend radius marker of each pair of bend radius markers together to cause a portion of the flexibly rigid linear material between the first bend radius maker and second bend radius marker of each pair of bend radius markers to generate a substantially circular loop having a minimum bend radius corresponding to a cable's minimum bend radius.

Swing arm assembly for a utility vault housing a utility equipment

The electrical cover comprises a friction-held electrical cover for a recessed light fixture. Embodiments of the electrical cover described herein provide flexible finish material covers that guard recessed can light fixtures from paint, spackling, and other foreign materials. The frictionally-held finish material covers utilize specifically shaped features on the surfaces, such as negative draft, that contact the electrical components to increase the hold on the electrical device. Some of the shaped features of the frictionally-held covers also help minimize stress in the cover. Features are also molded into the parts to assist and strengthen the cover once installed, and thus protect against the intrusion of finish material behind the cover.

A dispenser apparatus for a curable liquid material is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a flexible bag defining a first compartment for accommodating a first component of a curable liquid material, and a second compartment for accommodating a second component of the curable liquid material and adapted to communicate with the first chamber to enable mixing of the first and second components to initiate curing of the curable liquid material. A first clamp temporarily prevents mixing of the first and second components, and an elongate nozzle communicates with the second compartment to dispense the mixed curable liquid material therefrom. A second clamp temporarily prevents passage of the curable liquid material from the second compartment to the nozzle.
