Cable channel apparatus are provided that may be employed for routing system cables through open spaces defined within chassis walls, barriers or other fixed surfaces that separate different compartments or areas of an information handling system chassis. The cable channel apparatus may form a seal around the inserted system cables that prevents recirculation of cooling air through the open spaces between the different compartments. In one example, the cable channel apparatus may be employed to form such a seal around system cables that are routed through an open space to pass though or around a fan gantry that is mounted within a chassis of an information handling system chassis.

Integrated opposite hook wire clamp

An integrated opposite hook cable clamp includes a clamping plate, a connecting plate, and at least two J-shaped clamps. Side bars of the J-shaped clamps are locking bars. Locking holes corresponding to the locking bars are provided on the clamping plate, and at least two of the locking holes are diagonally arranged on the clamping plate. The locking bars of the J-shaped clamps vertically pass through the locking holes on the clamping plate and are movably connected with the clamping plate by a locking mechanism. A back surface of the connecting plate is lap-jointed to the inner sides of hooks of each of the J-shaped clamps. A front surface of the connecting plate is opposite to a front surface of the clamping plate (22).

CLAMP FOR SUSPENDING WIRE

A clamp for suspending a wire includes a housing having an inner support surface. The wire is disposed between the inner support surface and a keeper. The clamp further includes a fastening unit, including a first fastener and a second fastener attachable to the first fastener. The housing defines an opening extending in a direction along which the wire is received within the housing. After the second fastener is attached to the first fastener, the fastening unit is not removable from the housing. The fastening unit is movable, within the opening, between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the fastening unit cooperates with the keeper to decrease a distance between the inner support surface and the keeper. In the second position, the fastening unit does not cooperate with the keeper to decrease the distance.
