Electrical power strip housing
A housing article for an electrical power strip has the capability to hold the electrical power strip with multiple cords from various electrical devices that are plugged into the power strip. This power strip housing has an upper tray type element on which the power strip is placed. Cords extending from the power strip in the upper tray element are channeled down to a lower tray type element for storing the cords in an organized manner to on the lower tray element. The channeling of these electrical cords to the lower tray element has creates and maintains the organized bundling and storing of the electrical cords that will substantially reduce floor clutter from the cords.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a body, a housing separated from the body and configured to transmit/receive signals to/from the body, and a cable coupling the housing and the body, wherein the cable includes a flat cable located in at least part of the cable and having a flat shape, and a round cable located in at least another part of the cable and having a round shape. According to the present invention, the flat cable has a narrow width by including a plurality of layers, and thus wiring of signal terminals and power terminals can be easily changed between the flat cable and the round cable.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING SYSTEM
A cable management system for an electric vehicle (EV) charging station comprises an upstanding enclosure having a cable opening though which an EV charging cable can be pulled for extension. The EV charging cable is provided at a free end thereof with an EV charging connector for connection with an EV charging socket of an EV. The EV charging cable is provided at an opposed fixed end thereof with an electric connector for connection with a mating connector mounted inside the enclosure. A fixed pulley is mounted within the upstanding enclosure for rotation about a first axis normal to an upstanding axis of the enclosure. The system further comprises a mobile pulley rotatable about a second axis parallel to the first axis. The mobile pulley is vertically translatable within a guiding structure mounted inside the upstanding enclosure for movement towards and away from the fixed pulley. The fixed pulley is mounted at a higher elevation than the mobile pulley. The EV charging cable extends over the fixed pulley and the mobile pulley between its opposed free and fixed ends. The mobile pulley is moveable against gravity from a lowered position to a raised position by the application of a sufficient pulling force at the free distal end of the EV charging cable. The mobile pulley returns at least partly under gravity to its lowered position upon release of the EV charging cable, thereby automatically retracting the cable inside the upstanding enclosure.
RIBBON TRAINABLE AROUND A TAKE-UP DEVICE AND A SYSTEM DEPLOYING SUCH A RIBBON
A system that comprises a winch apparatus for manipulating loads associated with public performances, such as performances involving performers and staging equipment, and in which one or more ribbons are deployed each of which is windable around, and unwindable from, a drum, a spool, or other take-up device. Also included is a ribbon for an arrangement via which electrical power can be supplied to a load via a suspension member, such as a band or cable, while movement of the load occurs via deliberate winding up of the band or cable onto the drum or sheave or unwinding of the band or cable from the drum or sheave. The ribbon includes an electrical lead portion having one or a plurality of individual electrical leads and a sheath portion. The sheath portion and the electrical lead portion are moveable with respect to each other.
ELECTRICAL WIRE ROUTING APPARATUS
An electrical wire routing apparatus with high reliability of a motion returning to the original state after being trampled on. The electrical wire routing apparatus includes an electrical wire guide into which an electrical wire routed between a vehicle body and a movable body such as a slide door is insertable and that interlocks with a motion of the slide door, a stretchable elastic member that is installed between the electrical wire guide and the vehicle body, between the electrical wire guide and the slide door, or partway through the electrical wire guide, and a bracket for guiding a displacement motion of the electrical wire guide when the elastic member stretches or shrinks.
Clamp and trolley system
The invention provides a clamp and trolley system for moveably attaching a power cable, hose or tube (104) of a lifting apparatus to a guiding cable or track, the clamp 100) comprising: a first clamp component (102) having a first engagement surface (106,116) adapted to engage with the power cable, hose or tube (104); and a second clamp component (114) having a second engagement surface (132,133) adapted to engage with the power cable, hose or tube, the second clamp component (114) being pivotally attachable to the first clamp component and rigidly fastenable to it in a range of relative orientations; wherein the first and second engagement surfaces (106,116;132,233) are shaped so as to clamp the power cable, hose or tube (104) between the first (102) and second (114) clamp components as the second clamp component (124) is pivoted towards a more closed orientation.
Cord management system for furniture
A cord management system for furniture includes an elongated flexible member having a plurality of cable clip elements attached thereto for attachment to multiple cables to retain the cables near the elongated member. The elongated flexible member is resilient and is configured for attachment to an article of furniture, such as a table, that is vertically moveable from a first lowered position to a second raised position. For example, when the article of furniture is in the raised position, the elongated member can be extended to a first position in which the member resembles an S shape, a shape, a shape, or a backward S shape, e.g.
shape and when the article of furniture is in the lowered position, the elongated member can be compressed to a curved compressed configuration that is {tilde over ( )},
or
in shape.
Line guiding device for hanging applications, particularly as a service loop for a drilling rig
A line routing device for guiding a plurality of lines, such as cables, hoses, or the like, particularly for hanging applications, such as supplying a vertically traveling power head of a drill. The line routing device has a flexible carrying strand and a plurality of guide bodies arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the carrying strand. According to the invention, adjacent guide bodies can be deflected spatially toward each other and each guide body has a central part having a center axis, which extends coaxially to the carrying strand, and an outer part having at least one circumferential element. The outer part delimits a receiving region, which is open in the axial direction, for the lines, radially to the outside.
