Line guide device with electrical detection of deterioration and radio circuit for same
The invention concerns an active line guide like for example an energy guiding chain with detection of deterioration. An apparatus for detection of deterioration in a critical region of at least one portion of the line guide is in the form of a radio circuit and is distinguished by a transponder and at least one detector element which cooperates with the transponder and which is so arranged that the detector element changes the behaviour of the transponder at a predetermined amount of deterioration wear in the critical region. In that way a change due to wear, for example due to abrasion wear, cracking and/or fatigue breakage, can be detected wirelessly, that is to say in contact-less fashion. A corresponding system and a method as well as a detection module for original fitment or retro-fitment to an active line guide having a function for detection of deterioration are proposed. A radio circuit is also disclosed for particularly reliable detection of deterioration.
HELICAL CABLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Aspects of the technology relate to rotational electromechanical systems, in which data and or power are supplied to components while one part of the system is rotating relative to another part of the system. Repeated rotation may create strain on or otherwise cause the cables to intermittently or permanently fail. A helical cable management system is provided that enables full rotation to the extent permitted. One or more cables are wound in a helical shape around the axis of rotation, which distributes the deformation of the cable along the helical length. Rotation in one direction causes the helix diameter to increase, while rotation in the other direction causes the helix diameter to decrease. A structure is used to maintain the distance between helical turns, while permitting the increase and decrease of the helix diameter. This reduces the overall strain on the cables, which can significantly extend their useful lifetime.

Cable management assembly
A cable management assembly includes a cable management device and a supporting device. The cable management device includes a first arm, a second arm and an intermediate frame being mounted between the first arm and the second arm. The intermediate frame includes a first mounting feature. The supporting device is configured to support one of the first arm, the second arm and the intermediate frame. The supporting device includes a base and an elastic member being arranged at the base. The elastic member has a second mounting feature configured to be detachably mounted to the first mounting feature.
Mobile radiographic imaging apparatus having counterbalanced slewable arm
There is disclosed a mobile radiographic imaging apparatus including a component operable to emit radiation for imaging a subject, an arm rotatably connected at a proximal end thereof to a body section of the apparatus, such that it is supported by the body section and can slew relative to the body section about an upright axis, and to a distal end of which said component is connected, and a generator assembly arranged in the body section and including a generator arranged in the casing and electrically connected to said component, the apparatus being configured such that the generator assembly rotates with the arm, about said axis, wherein the generator assembly has a centre of mass which is radially offset from said axis in a second direction that is substantially opposite to said first direction.
LONG OBJECT GUIDING DEVICE AND PARTITION MEMBER
An elongated object guiding device includes links arranged in series. Adjacent ones of the links are pivotally coupled to each other. An accommodation chamber is defined in the links. Each link includes an inner recess, an inner projection, an outer recess, and an outer projection that limit a pivoting range of the link and an adjacent link so that the links are pivoted between a straight state and a bent state. Each link includes a separating member that separates elongated objects accommodated in the accommodation chamber from each other. Each separating member is pivotally coupled to an adjacent separating member. Each separating member includes a through-hole and a sliding portion that limit a pivoting range of the separating member and an adjacent separating member so that a limit on a first side of the pivoting range is the straight state.
Wire harness routing device
A wire harness routing device has a wire harness, one end of which is connected to a slider that is slidably attached to a rail and the other end of which is drawn out from the rail, a folding guide part that curves the wire harness that is drawn out from the rail and folds it in the direction along the rail, and an accommodation part that has a bottom wall and a side wall that rises up from the side edges of the bottom wall. The wire harness has a straight line-shaped linear part that is disposed along the rail, and a curved part that is further folded back to conform to the opposed side of the folding guide part of the linear part, a slidable holding member, and a separation guide part that separates the linear part from the side wall is provided on the slidable holding member.
ELONGATE OBJECT GUIDING DEVICE, AND ROLLER ATTACHMENT
An elongate object guiding device is provided with a protective guiding portion, guide rails, rollers, and magnets. The guide rails have magnetic guide surfaces that guide the protective guiding portion when the protective guiding portion reciprocates in a longitudinal direction while forming a cured part. The rollers are provided on the protective guiding portion, and are disposed in such a way as to be capable of rolling along the guide surfaces. The magnets are provided on the protective guiding portion in such a way as not to come into contact with the guide rails, and cause a magnetic force to act on the guide surfaces in such a way as to maintain a state of contact between the rollers and the guide surfaces.

A cable supporting device for articulated vehicles, designed for installing in an intercommunicating compartment between two adjacent cabins of an articulated vehicle, including at least one cable-holder element, defining internally at least one channel for housing at least one cable, two anchoring plates connected or connectable to respective ends of the cable-holder element and each configured for stable mounting to a different end portion of the articulated vehicle, and at least one connecting element, positioned for connecting between at least one end of the cable-holder element and the respective anchoring plate. In particular, the connecting element is configured to allow a reciprocal movement, between the respective end of the cable-holder element and the respective anchoring plate, at least about two axes of rotation which are not parallel to each other and preferably perpendicular to each other.
CABLE CHAIN FOR USE IN CABLE MANAGEMENT
A cable assembly may include a cable communicatively coupling a first information handling resource to a second information handling resource and a cable chain for guiding a routing of the cable, the cable chain comprising a plurality of cable chain links. Each cable chain link may include a plurality of coupling features for rotatably coupling, about an axis, such cable chain link to another cable chain link, one or more limiting features for limiting a rotation of such cable chain link to the other cable chain link, and an opening formed in such cable chain link and configured such that the cable chain has a lengthwise opening along one side of the cable chain which forms a channel for receiving the cable.
