TOPICALLY TREATED TISSUE PRODUCT
Disclosed is a low-cost, in-line process for treating a fibrous web with a lotion. The process generally involves passing a web through a nip formed by a pair of opposed surfaces, where one of the surfaces has been treated with a lotion having a penetration hardness greater than 5.0 mm. As the web passes through the nip, the lotion is transferred from one of the opposed surfaces to the surface of the web. In certain instances, the web may have a textured surface and only a portion of the web's textured surface is treated with a lotion.

PEELABLE MAKEUP REMOVING COMPOSITIONS
Disclosed are compositions, such as makeup removing compositions, that can form a film on a keratin material, such as skin that lifts and removes makeup from the keratin material, such as skin. The compositions may be an aqueous composition including: (a) a hydrophobically modified acrylate film forming homopolymer or copolymer; (b) a hydrophilic film forming polymer; (c) a volatile oil; (d) a nonionic surfactant; (e) optionally, a monoalcohol having from 2 to 5 carbon atoms; and (f) water. Alternatively, the compositions may be anhydrous compositions including: (a) a hydrophobically modified acrylate film forming homopolymer or copolymer; (b) a plasticizer; and (c) a volatile oil. Also disclosed are methods for cleansing and removing makeup from keratin material, such as skin.

Hair care compositions and methods for improving curl retention of hair are provided. The hair car composition may include a carrier and a quaternary ammonium compound. The method for improving curl retention may include contacting the hair care composition with surfaces of the hair of a subject in need thereof.

A chewable composition for teeth-whitening comprising a first region and a second region separated by a barrier layer; the first region comprising carbamide peroxide having water content of about 2% or less, a wetting agent (e.g., glycerin), an anhydrous chewing gum base having water content of about 1% or less, an anhydrous fruit acid, and one or more gum additives; and the second region comprising a chewable composition comprising a gum base, a source of bicarbonate ion, and one or more gum additives. A kit comprising separate chewable compositions corresponding to the first and second regions, and methods for whitening teeth using the chewable composition are also provided.
