Wireless emergency lighting system
In embodiments of the present invention improved capabilities are described for systems and methods that provide for a power outage lighting management within an environment, comprising a power outage detection device adapted to detect a power outage condition and to wirelessly transmit power outage indication data to a plurality of lighting systems within the environment, where at least one of the plurality of lighting systems include art LED light source that is powered by an internal power source.
NETWORKED LED LIGHTING SYSTEM
An improved LED lighting system is provided for overhead ceiling lighting, as well as for other uses. The LED lighting system comprises elongated linear lamps having an LED luminary as a source of illumination and configured to operate as a node of an automated networked lighting system. The linear LED lamps include an interface connector operable to connect to a data network to receive control data and power signals from an external device connected to the network for use in powering LED emitters and controlling one or more operational characteristics of the linear LED lamps. The system includes support connector assemblies for securing the linear LED lamps to a channel member of an overhead dropped ceiling grid.

Bridge device for connecting electronic devices
A cloud connected lighting system may include a wireless lighting network of coordinated lighting devices and a bridge to provide connectivity to external devices such as a cell phone, home automation system or security system. The cloud connected lighting system may be implemented locally with a cell phone communicating with the bridge for control, status and alerts. The cloud connected lighting system may operate over the cloud via an Internet connection allowing the bridge to communicate with a server on the Internet that may implement software for the interface with the wireless lighting network and to capture data regarding activity detected by motion sensor associated with the wireless lighting network.

Automated testing of emergency lights
The subject disclosure relates to power failure simulations, for example to test lighting systems, such as emergency lighting units or lighted signage. In some aspects, a method of the disclosed technology includes steps for receiving an interrupt command, terminating power delivery from a first power supply to a lighting array in response to the interrupt command, and measuring one or more power characteristics of the second power supply. Methods and machine-readable media are also provided.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD OF POWER SUPPLY PROTECTION FOR CONNECTION PORT
An electronic device and a method of a power supply protection for a connection port are provided. The electronic device includes a first connection port with a first switch and a first controller and a first control circuit. The first controller determines a first preset value according to a state of the first switch activation signal correspondingly, and detects whether the first input voltage of the first connection port is greater than the first preset value. When the first input voltage is greater than the first preset value, the first controller enables a first abnormal signal on the first abnormal state detection pin. In response to a first forced closing signal being enabled, the first controller controls the first switch to disconnect both terminals.
Motion sensitive lighting devices
A power management system for lighting circuit may include a grid shifting controller that includes a processor and a connection to an external power source. The power management system may also include a communication interface associated with the grid shifting controller. The grid shifting controller may be configured to provide control information to a processor of at least one grid shifting electrical fixture over the communication interface, the control information being configured to direct the at least one grid shifting electrical fixture on the use of power from the external power source and an energy storage device associated with the at least one grid shifting electrical fixture.
