CLEANSING COMPOSITION
A sulphate free cleansing composition for hair, scalp or skin comprising, in an aqueous continuous phase: a total amount of anionic surfactant, amphoteric surfactant and zwitterionic surfactant consisting of: (i) from 3 wt % to 13 wt %, by weight of the total composition at 100% activity, of an alpha olefin sulfonate anionic surfactant of general formula (I): R.sup.1CHCHCH.sub.2SO.sub.3-M+ (I) in which R1 is selected from linear or branched alkyl groups having from 11 to 13 carbon atoms and mixtures thereof; and M is a solubilizing cation; (ii) from 1 to 6%, by weight of an amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant, selected from an alkyl betaine of general formula (II) R.sup.2N+(CH.sub.3).sub.2CH.sub.2COO-M+ (II) wherein R.sup.2=C12 (Lauryl) or Coco derived; an alkyl hydroxy sultaine of general formula (III), R.sup.3N+(CH.sub.3).sub.2CH.sub.2CH(0H)CH.sub.2S0.sub.3-M+ (III) wherein R.sup.3=C12 (Lauryl) or Coco derived; an alkyl aminopropyl hydroxy sultaine of general formula (IV), R.sup.4C0-NH(CH.sub.2).sub.3N+(CH.sub.3).sub.2CH.sub.2CH(0H)CH.sub.2S0.sub.3-M+ (IV) wherein R.sup.4=C12 (Lauryl) or Coco derived; an alkyl amphoacetate of general formula (V), R5-C0-NH(CH2)2-N(CH2-CH2-0H)(CH2-C00-M+) (V) wherein R.sup.5=C12 (Lauryl) or Coco derived; and mixtures thereof; (iii) from 0.05 wt % to 0.5 wt % of a cationic polymer; (iv) an inorganic electrolyte; and (iv) water; in which the weight ratio of (i) to (ii) ranges from 1:1 to 6:1 and the pH of the composition is from 3 to 6.5.
Shampoo composition containing a gel network
A shampoo composition and a method of making a shampoo composition which delivers both good conditioning benefits and good lather performance. The shampoo composition comprises a dispersed gel network phase comprising: from about 2.8 weight % to about 8 wt % of one or more fatty alcohols; at least 0.01% of one or more secondary surfactants, wherein the secondary surfactant comprises sodium laureth-n sulfate wherein n is from about 0 to about 5; and water; and from about 5% to about 50% of a detersive surfactant; from about 0.02% to about 1.50% of a material selected from the group consisting of structurants, suspending agents and mixtures thereof, from about 0.5 to about 1% of a cationic deposition polymer; and at least 20% of an aqueous carrier.

SILICONE-FREE, LOW-FRICTION CLEANSER WITH HIGH-FOAMING PROPERTIES
An inventive cleansing composition includes at least one polysaccharide derivative selected from holosides and a non-sulfated glycosaminoglycan, the at least one polysaccharide derivative, and a blend of two or more surfactants, the blend of two or more surfactants, selected from anionic surfactants, amphoteric/zwitterionic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants. The cosmetic composition may be a single phase, water-based composition, and is free or essentially free of silicones.
Hair conditioning spray treatment
The present disclosure relates to hair conditioning spray treatments comprising at least two components selected from: at least one cationic guar derivative, at least one dicarboxylic acid, or a salt or derivative thereof, and at least one cationic surfactant selected from an amidoamine, a permanent cationic amidoamine, and mixtures thereof. The present disclosure also relates to methods of conditioning hair using the hair conditioning spray treatments.
PERSONAL CARE COMPOSITION FORMED WITH GLYCERIDE ESTER CRYSTALS HAVING IMPROVED COACERVATE PROPERTIES
Personal care compositions including glyceride ester crystals, a surfactant, a cationic polymer, and a liquid carrier are disclosed. The personal care compositions can form a greater quantity of coacervate than similar compositions without the glyceride ester crystals and can exhibit excellent feel during use. Methods of preparing the personal care compositions are also disclosed.
SILICONE-FREE COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS
Embodiments of the present application relates to cosmetic compositions and cosmetic products free or substantially free of synthetic silicones. The cosmetic composition comprises one or more plant extracts rich in natural silicon (e.g., a bamboo extract), a unique blend of fatty acid esters derived from plant sources and also saccharides derived from plants.
METHOD FOR FORMING A NATURAL HAIR CONDITIONING COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a method for forming a silicone-free hair conditioning composition comprising the steps of, first, forming a first phase, the first phase comprising an olive squalane, one or more esters, and one or more waxes. Then, a second phase is formed, the second phase comprising one or more non-silicone conditioning agents, one or more cationic polymers, and water. Next, the first and second phases are combined to form a mixture. And finally, preservatives and minor ingredients may be added to the mixture.
NATURAL HAIR CONDITIONING COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a hair conditioning composition comprising an olive squalane, a wax, an ester, and a cosmetically acceptable carrier. The hair conditioning composition is essentially free of one or more components selected from the group consisting of silicones, anionic surfactants, amidoamines, silicone derivatives, ethoxylated emulsifiers, and mixtures thereof.

A two-phase cosmetic composition includes an anhydrous phase and an aqueous phase in which the anhydrous and aqueous phases are separated by a single-phase interface. The anhydrous phase includes a plurality of fatty compounds and at least one thickener where the plurality of fatty compounds is present at about 30% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition, and the aqueous phase includes an acetic acid component.
