Satin lip compositions
The present invention relates to satin lip compositions including at least one silicone resin comprising at least one T unit, at least one silicone acrylate copolymer, at least one silicone wax, at least one volatile hydrocarbon oil, and at least one non-volatile hydrocarbon oil having a molecular weight greater than 400 g/mol, as well as to methods of making such compositions and methods of applying such compositions to lips.
Non-Aqueous Cosmetic Composition
According to the present invention, there is provided a non-aqueous cosmetic composition comprising: (A) 15-85% by weight C15-19 alkane; (B) 10-85% by weight C9-13 alkane; (C) One or both of (i) 1-10% by weight isoamyl cocoate, or; (ii) 1-25% by weight cetyl ricinoleate, and; (D) an active, wherein the weight ratio of the active to the rest of the composition is in the range 0.02:100 to 15:100, and the active is selected from: (i) extract of Bidens pilosa; (ii) cyclolinopeptides; (iii) senkyunolides, (iv) sclareolide, or; (v) unsaponifiable fraction of vegetable oil.
Compositions suitable as leave-on hair styling compositions and methods of use
The present disclosure relates to compositions suitable as leave-in hairstyling compositions comprising (a) a first polysaccharide comprising inulin; (b) a second polysaccharide comprising carrageenan; (c) a third polysaccharide; and (d) a humectant. The compositions as leave-on hair styling do not require synthetic film-forming polymers nor do they require silicones. The leave-on hair styling compositions are particularly useful in methods for imparting durable styling or shaping benefits to hair.
Hair care products
Hair treatment agents containing a mixture of special linear alkanes, an amidoamine and/or a cationized amidoamine, and at least one cationic surfactant (esterquat and/or quaternary ammonium compound) are provided. In one example, the hair treatment agents are suitable for the care of hair, in particular to improve the wet and dry combability, the disentanglement, the hold, and the gloss of hair.
MAKEUP COMPOSITIONS FOR TREATING SKIN DEFECTS
The present disclosure is related to a method of treating and concealing a skin defect in a subject. The method comprises applying a makeup composition to the skin defect, wherein the makeup composition comprises silicone and/or a purified natural remedy and a coloring agent, wherein the makeup composition simultaneously conceals and treats said skin defect. Makeup compositions and kits for treating and concealing skin defects are also disclosed.

The present disclosure relates to hair coloring compositions; and to methods for coloring hair using the compositions. The hair coloring compositions are substantially anhydrous and include: one or more colorant; one or more glycols; one or more monoalcohols having from 2 to 6 carbon atoms; one or more cationic surfactants; and one or more fatty compounds.
ANHYDROUS MAKEUP REMOVING COMPOSITION
Disclosed is an anhydrous makeup removing composition and method for removing making using such a composition. The composition includes at least two esters having a molecular weight less than 350 g/mol and a polarity index of less than or equal to 24.2 mN/m, where the composition contains less than 5 w/w % of any esters having molecular weights greater than 350 g/mol or having a polarity index greater than 24.2 mN/m, or any non-ester hydrocarbons. The esters may have a surface tension as measured at 20 C. of less than 40 dynes/cm, and the composition may also include additional components, such as a filler particle, a dye, a polymeric thickener, a preservative, and/or a fragrance. In some embodiments, the composition may consist solely of between two and four such esters, and in various embodiments, may be a solution, a gel, or an emulsion.
