A system and method to join distributed energy resources (DER) to achieve common objectives is provided. The present technology organizes and/or aggregates DERs by routing a (DER) program request for resources to DER contributors capable of responding to and performing the request using a routing system. The system accesses a plurality of DER profiles, each profile associated with a DER contributor capable of contributing a resource to the request, and calculates an initial value for each DER profile based on request attributes and scoring metrics associated with the profile. The system then calculates a fitness metric for each DER profile based on the initial value using a neural network having weights based on the plurality of performance indicators and selects the DER profile and contributors to whom to route the request.

A charging processing system includes: a power supply facility that supplies CO.sub.2 free power; electrically powered vehicles that each perform CO.sub.2 free charging to charge an onboard power storage device using the CO.sub.2 free power supplied from the power supply facility; mobile terminals portable by users who own the electrically powered vehicles; and a server. The server issues a coupon to a user of an electrically powered vehicle in which the CO.sub.2 free charging is performed, the coupon being usable at a shop located around the power supply facility. The server includes: a storage device that stores user attribute information in which a user ID and an attribute of each user are associated with each other; and a control device that extracts a user who has a specific attribute by making reference to the user attribute information and that notifies coupon advance-notice information to the extracted user.

Systems and methods are provided for displaying operating data for a re-chargeable battery for an electric vehicle. The system comprises a re-chargeable battery for powering components of an electrical vehicle, a sensor that detects a present level of charge in the battery and a display. The display receives the present level of charge of the battery from the monitor and displays the present level of charge in the battery, a required level of endurance for the battery that is based on a planned operational parameter for the vehicle, a minimum level of charge in the battery that meets the required level of endurance, and an amount of time needed to re-charge the battery to achieve the minimum level of charge.

Unintentional islanding (UI) of a circuit of distributed energy resources (DERs) may leave area electrical power systems (EPS), external to the DER circuit, energized. Thus, UI detection methods have been developed to detect unintentional islanding and trigger a UI response. However, individual UI detection methods have various deficiencies. Thus, a consensus-based UI detection process is disclosed that builds a consensus from multiple UI detection sources, optionally implementing different UI detection methods. The redundancy in this consensus-based UI detection process provides robust, sensitive, selective, and cybersecure UI detection for the entire DER circuit. For example, the consensus-based UI detection process may eliminate or reduce non-detection zones, avoid false positives, thwart cyber-attacks, and/or the like.

SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUSES FOR DISTRIBUTING BACKUP ELECTRICAL POWER

In an example method, a power management system receives sensor data regarding an operation of a primary power source, a secondary power source, an environmental regulation system, and a plurality of electrically-powered sub-systems. Further, the system receives a plurality of parameter sets for the sub-systems, each including a first parameter indicting a priority of a respective sub-system relative to the other sub-systems, a second parameter indicating an amount of heat dissipated by the respective sub-system during operation, and a third parameter indicating a temperature requirement associated with the respective sub-system. The system controls, based on the sensor data and the parameter sets, a delivery of electrical power from the primary and secondary power sources to the environmental regulation system and the sub-systems. Further, the system controls, based on the sensor data and the parameter sets, a consumption of electrical power by the environmental regulation system and the sub-systems.

The method includes: determining types and a quantity of candidate devices, and taking a total quantity as a system scale during optimization; determining a quantity and types of variables using a unified model representing the integrated energy system as a chain structure; performing simulation by using a chain operating mode to obtain operating data, and solving variables to obtain a ranking result of the devices in the chain structure, by using a structure order, installed capacity, and control parameters of the devices as variables, and by using primary energy consumption, energy supply costs, and carbon emission as objectives; and obtaining a system design result according to the solving result.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR DISPATCHING MULTI-REGION POWER SYSTEM

The disclosure provides a method and a system for dispatching a multi-region power system. The method includes: obtaining, by each regional system operator, basic operating parameters of the regional power system; establishing, by each regional system operator, a dispatching model of the regional power system based on the basic operating parameters; identifying, by each regional system operator, an aggregation model of the regional power system based on the dispatching model of the regional power system; reporting, by each regional system operator, the aggregation model to the cross-region system operator; establishing, by the cross-region system operator, a reduced dispatching model of the multi-region power system based on the aggregation model from each regional system operator; and solving, by the cross-region system operator, the reduced dispatching model to obtain a dispatching result of each regional power system.
