Systems and methods for providing enhanced mechanical/electrical energy storage
A power apparatus, power assembly, energy assembly or energy apparatus that stores and disperses energy, the power assembly including: (1) a first and second energy object that experiences movement so as to store kinetic energy in the energy object, the energy object including a magnet assembly through which electrons are driven resulting in electric output from the magnet assembly, and the electric output dependent on experienced EMF (electro-motive force) that is experienced by the magnet assembly. The power assembly can include a switch assembly adapted to perform switching to switch between a first arrangement in which the first positive output is connected to the second positive output, and a second arrangement in which the first positive output is connected to the first negative output, and such second arrangement provides increased energy output relative to the first arrangement. A flip assembly can be provided that performs flipping of output energy.
Rotational motor
A rotational motor includes a stator and a rotor and at least two magnets including a permanent magnet and an electromagnet, wherein one of the magnets is attached to the stator and one of the magnets is attached to the rotor. The magnets are relatively aligned such that when the electromagnet is switched off, the permanent magnet is attracted to a ferromagnetic core of the electromagnet causing the rotor to rotate relative to the stator, and when the electromagnet is switched on, the permanent magnet is repelled from the electromagnet causing the rotor to continue to rotate relative to the stator.
Renewable and Environment Friendly Wind Powered Vehicle System
The present invention relates to a wind powered, electrical power generating system for vehicles. The system uses inexhaustible and clean wind energy to produce electrical power for an electric vehicle. The system includes at least one wind turbine positioned to capture wind and coupled to an electromechanical generator for converting the wind into electrical power. The electrical power produced by the generator is stored in a battery pack, for providing electrical power to the DC motor of the vehicle. The battery pack includes three batteries, which either provide power to the DC motor, or are recharged by the generator, depending on their respective power levels. An auto change component swaps the first battery for the second battery, when the power level of the first battery falls below a predefined threshold value.
Motor/Generator With Atmospheric Stator Pressure
The invention is a motor/generator that includes a motor/generator housing that encloses a rotor assembly, which rotates a shaft, and a stator assembly that remains stationary, and where the motor/generator is inside a vacuum chamber, which, during normal operation, is evacuated of gas and operates at a lower air pressure than atomospheric air pressure, and a cylindrical vacuum barrier between the rotor assembly and the stator assembly that together with the motor generator housing partitions the motor/generator into an interior rotor volume and an exterior stator volume, enabling the rotor volume and stator volume to operate at different atmospheric pressures.

Gyroscopic boat roll stabilizer
A gyroscopic roll stabilizer comprises a gimbal having a support frame and enclosure configured to maintain a below-ambient pressure, a flywheel assembly including a flywheel and flywheel shaft, one or more bearings for rotatably mounting the flywheel inside the enclosure, a motor for rotating the flywheel, and bearing cooling system for cooling the bearings supporting the flywheel. For smaller units, the bearing cooling system is effective to enable a flywheel with a moment of inertia less than 11.7 kg.m.sup.2 (40000 lbm in.sup.2) to be accelerated at a rate of 5 rpm/s or greater. For larger units, the bearing cooling system is effective to enable a flywheel with a moment of inertia greater than 11.7 kg.m.sup.2 (40000 lbm in.sup.2) to be accelerated at a rate of 2.5 rpm/s or greater.

VERTICAL MAGNETIC TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY AND ENERGY-SAVING GENERATOR WITH THE SAME
A vertical magnetic transmission assembly includes a shelf, a transmission shaft, multiple magnetic modules and a weight. The shelf has multiple boards disposed along a longitudinal direction of the shelf. The magnetic modules are respectively mounted in multiple through holes formed in the boards. The transmission shaft with the weight rotates along the longitudinal direction of the shelf without friction by magnetic force between the magnetic modules and the magnets of transmission shaft. Therefore, the rotation speed or the torsion of the transmission shaft will be increased in use. An energy-saving generator is further combined with the vertical magnetic transmission assembly to reduce the energy loss in the energy transfer process and to save energy.
