Gear motor assembly
A gear motor assembly includes a motor and a gearbox connected together. The motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator has a housing, magnets attached to the housing, and brushes. The rotor includes a shaft with a rotor core, a commutator, a sleeve, a bushing and a worm mounted thereon. The bushing is slidably located between the commutator and worm. The sleeve is located between the commutator and the bushing. The rotor is balanced with the worm fix to the shaft. The gearbox includes a casing having an opening, and a worm gear received in the casing. The brushes of the motor are mounted in the casing. The shaft has a first end that extends into the gearbox. The bushing is fixed in the casing via a bushing seat.

MULTI-TUNNEL ELECTRIC MOTOR/GENERATOR
Disclosed are various embodiments for a new and improved electrical motor/generator, specifically a motor/generator comprising: a plurality of coils radially positioned about a coil assembly, a plurality of magnetic tunnels forming a relative rotational path for the coil assembly, wherein the all of plurality of magnets forming each magnetic tunnel have like poles facing inward toward the interior of the magnetic tunnel or facing outward away from the interior of the magnetic tunnel such that each magnetic field of any magnetic tunnel is of an opposite polarity to the magnetic field of an adjacent magnetic tunnel.
STATOR MANUFACTURING METHOD AND COIL
A stator manufacturing method in which a coil including a plurality of coil units formed by winding a rectangular wire is fitted in a cylindrical core having a plurality of slots extending in a radial direction and opening in a core inner peripheral surface so that the slots are distributed in a circumferential direction, the rectangular wire being a linear conductor having a rectangular section.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL FLUX STRUCTURE FOR CIRCUMFERENTIAL FLUX MACHINES
Disclosed are various embodiments for assembling a new and improved electrical motor/generator, specifically a method of producing a coil assembly is disclosed comprising: pressing a plurality of individual teeth having interlocking side features, applying a conductor around one of the interlocking side features, coupling a tooth of the coil assembly with an adjacent tooth, applying a second conductor around one of the interlocking side features of the adjacent tooth, repeating the coupling and applying steps until an entire ring has been assembled.
Sensor device
A method for producing a measurement value transmitter for a sensor device includes providing a magnetic body, providing a coil configured to be supplied with a current, and shaping the coil into a helical winding with an internal diameter that is greater than an outer contour of the magnetic body. The winding is shaped such that the pitch of the winding changes at least in some sections when viewed along the longitudinal extension of the winding. The method further includes arranging the magnetic body within the coil, in particular coaxially to the coil, and supplying the coil with a current so as to magnetize the magnetic body in order to produce the measurement value transmitter.
