A cosmetic ink composition comprises a particulate material, a (meth)acrylic acid homopolymer or salt thereof, and a rheology modifier. The particulate material can have a Particle Size Distribution D50 of about 100 nm to about 2,000 nm. The (meth)acrylic acid homopolymer or salt thereof can have a weight average molecular weight of less than about 20,000 daltons. The rheology modifier can be selected from the group consisting of alkali swellable emulsion polymers, hydrophobically modified alkali swellable emulsion polymers, and combinations thereof. The cosmetic ink composition can have a first dynamic viscosity of greater than about 1,100 cP at a shear rate of 0.1 sec.sup.1 measured at 25 C. and a second dynamic viscosity of less than about 100 cP at a shear rate of 1,000 sec.sup.1 measured at 25 C.

Compositions of the present invention include an anionic surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant, a superhydrophilic amphiphilic copolymer, an organic acid; and a polymer selected from the group consisting of a non-hydrophobically modified alkali-swellable emulsion polymer and a non-crosslinked hydrophobically modified acid-swellable emulsion polymer, wherein, when the composition contains the non-hydrophobically modified alkali-swellable emulsion polymer, the non-hydrophobically modified alkali-swellable emulsion polymer is present in an amount of about 0.1% to 5% by weight, and when the composition contains the non-crosslinked hydrophobically modified acid-swellable emulsion polymer, the non-hydrophobically modified acid-swellable emulsion polymer is present in an amount of about 0.1% to 5% by weight, and wherein the composition has an NTU value of 95 or less, a yield value of about 0.1 Pascal or more and pH of from about 3 to about 6.5.

The present invention relates to personal cleansing compositions in liquid or gel form, which can be used for cleansing the skin and hair and is particularly useful as a body wash, facial wash or hand wash. A key feature of the invention is its highly structured nature arising from interaction of polymeric and surfactant constituents, which is useful for the stable incorporation of insoluble benefit agents such as particulate exfoliants, encapsulates or oils. Furthermore, the present invention is cost effective, offers a high degree of mildness, has desirable in-use properties and is easy to manufacture.

A subject of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic for unevenness correction which has an excellent effect of concealing wrinkles and pores and correcting skin unevenness and has good compatibility with a makeup cosmetic.

The present inventors have found that the cosmetic for unevenness correction which conceals wrinkles and pores and has good compatibility with a makeup cosmetic at the time of application can be easily provided by using a polyacrylate water-absorbing polymer having a specific water absorption capacity, but not a water-soluble macromolecule having a thickening effect commonly used in cosmetics, and they thus have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention provides a cosmetic for unevenness correction comprising the polyacrylate water-absorbing polymer which has an excellent effect of concealing wrinkles and pores, and the polyacrylate water-absorbing polymer has an average swollen particle size of 10 to 150 m, an average dry particle size of 10 to 50 m and a water absorbency of 5 to 50 g/g.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic comprising an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) as a carrier of a cosmetic composition and, specifically, to a cosmetic comprising a foam carrier and a cosmetic composition loaded on the foam carrier, wherein the foam carrier contains an NBR, includes pores with an average size of 200-900 m, and has a thickness of 1-50 mm, and wherein the cosmetic composition has a viscosity of 2,000-60,000 cps.
