Hollow rotor structure for DC motor and winding structure of the same
The present invention provides a hollow rotor structure for a direct-current motor and a winding structure of the same are provided for use in a direct-current motor. The hollow rotor structure includes a commutator, can output element, and a hollow rotor. The hollow rotor includes an iron core wound with a plurality of windings and is formed with an axial hole extending along the axial direction of the hollow rotor. Once mounted in a housing, the hollow rotor is spaced from a stator fixed in the housing and is separately connected to the commutator and the output element. When the commutator supplies a current to each winding, the hollow rotor generates the corresponding electromagnetic fields, which repel the magnets on the stator respectively. Thus, the hollow rotor generates a rotating force and outputs the rotating force through the output element.

A constant micro power energy system (CMPES) device to harness sustainable energy sources and generate power including a main body structure having a base plate, a frame extending from the base plate, and a top plate positioned at the top of the frame. The CMPES device includes a flask barrel positioned in the frame and motors positioned on the top plate. The CMPES device includes a ring gear connecting the flask barrel and a motor shaft of the motor. The CMPES device includes disc generators positioned inside the flask barrel. The motors supply power to drive the flask barrel to rotate constantly at a predetermined speed in order to generate continuous and simultaneous Alternating Current (AC) and Direct Current (DC) electrical power output. The motors facilitate direct transmission to the disc generators in order to provide the electrical power output to panel systems connected to the CMPES device.

Disclosed embodiments relate to a windscreen wiper drive of a windscreen wiper device of a rail vehicle. The drive includes at least one electric motor, a gear, the input shaft of which being connected to an output shaft of the electric motor, wherein an output shaft of the gear is provided for driving at least one windscreen wiper arm of a windscreen wiper, which arm swings back and forth with the output shaft, a rotation angle sensor unit, which detects a rotation of at least one element of the windscreen wiper drive, and a mechanical rotation angle limitation, which mechanically limits a rotational movement of at least one element of the windscreen wiper drive. The electric motor is formed by a disc motor and the gear is formed by a planetary gear.
