NON-STICKY STABLE COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) at least one oil; (b) at least one polyglyceryl fatty acid ester; (c) at least one silicone elastomer; and (d) at least one polysaccharide. The composition according to the present invention provides no sticky feeling or a reduced sticky feeling to the touch, and is stable, in particular stable over time and/or under elevated temperature, although the composition includes a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester.
Cosmetic composition comprising a fixing polymer and a specific thickener and uses in styling
The present patent application relates to a hair styling composition, characterized in that it comprises: (i) one or more cationic fixing polymers, and (ii) one or more (meth)acrylic thickening polymers other than the fixing polymer or polymers (i), and (iii) from 5 to 27% by weight of water, with respect to the total weight of the cosmetic composition, (iv) from 70 to 90% by weight of one or more C.sub.1 to C.sub.6 alcohols, with respect to the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
Composition
Hair treatment composition comprising from 40 to 95% wt. of the composition silicone elastomer, 0.01 to 5% silica and from 0 to 2% wt. water.
COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS WITH IMPROVED WEAR AND TRANSFER RESISTANCE
A cosmetic composition may be utilized to provide improved wear and transfer resistance. The cosmetic composition may include a (i) hydrogel dispersion in oil, the hydrogel having an ethylenic polymeric core, as well as (ii) a transfer-resistant film former, (iii) a hydrophilic active agent incorporated into the ethylenic polymeric core, or (iv) both (ii) and (iii). The dispersion may include a plurality of ethylenic polymeric core particles dispersed in a fatty substance that is liquid at 20° C. and 1 atmosphere that also includes a polymeric stabilizing agent.
Dentifrice containing functional film flakes
A dentifrice composition comprising an orally acceptable vehicle having distributed therein a water hydratable film flakes having a matrix comprised of a water soluble hydroxy alkyl cellulose polymer and a starch, and flaying entrained therein a constituent selected from therapeutic cosmetic and decorative materials.
Alkaline-swellable emulsion polymers
Emulsion polymer particles comprising from 25 to 45 wt % polymerized residues of at least one C.sub.3-C.sub.6 carboxylic acid monomer and from 0.1 to 2 wt % polymerized residues of at least one crosslinker, wherein the particles have a Tg which occurs over a range of at least 60° C.
Nail Coating Spray
A peelable nail coating spray comprises at least one film-forming polymer, at least one copolymer, at least one thinner, at least one keratinous nourishing ingredient, and a pressurized container to store the peelable nail coating spray. A method of applying a peelable nail coating spray providing a peelable nail coating spray comprising a at least one film-forming polymer, at least one copolymer, at least one thinner, at least one keratinous nourishing ingredient, and a pressurized container to store the peelable nail coating spray, releasing the peelable nail coating spray from the pressurized container, applying the peelable nail coating spray on a nail surface to form a layer, and peeling off and/or washing off the layer and optionally the second layer from skin or cuticles surrounding the nail surface after the layer is dry.
Hair growth composition and method
The present invention relates to compositions for and methods of retarding hair loss or facilitating hair growth comprising a hair growth active, a mixture of C.sub.12-C.sub.15 alkyl lactates and a viscosity modifying agent comprising at least one cellulose and/or a cellulose derivative. Clear compositions are also disclosed.
COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING DAMAGED HAIR
The present invention relates to a composition which includes a polymer compound and a neutralizing agent and can be applied to damaged hair, wherein the compound included in the composition has unshared electron pairs and thus forms strong polar bonds with alpha-hydrogen in amino acids of the hair to which the compound is to be bonded, the composition has both a hard segment and a soft segment in the compound, and thus imparts multifunctionality, such as elasticity, repellency, and bulkiness, and collagen included in the composition attaches to damaged cell membrane complexes (CMC), thus enabling the damaged hair to recover. Further, oxygen included in the compound forms hydrogen bonds with moisture in the air to form a film having high antistatic properties and a large refractive index, and thus imparts gloss and deep-color effects.
Volumizing and lengthening eyelash coating compositions
The invention relates to an eyelash coating compositions comprising water, at least one polyelectrolytic compound, at least one film-forming agent, at least two waxes, and an emulsification system comprising low HLB emulsifier(s) (HLB value less than 8) and high HLB emulsifier(s) (HLB value greater than 16), as well as to methods of using such compositions.
