A stepping motor may include a rotor having a rotation shaft and a permanent magnet, a fixed body having a cylindrical stator provided with a plurality of pole teeth so as to face the permanent magnet, an urging member which urges the rotor toward one side in a motor axial line direction, a supported face of the rotor which faces the one side in the motor axial line direction, and a support face of the fixed body which slidably supports the supported face of the rotor on the one side with respect to the supported face. When a first sliding load which is a total sliding load applied to the rotor is “Ta”, a detent torque acted on the rotor is “Td”, and a dynamic torque acted on the rotor by the stator is “Te”, then “Ta”, “Td” and “Te” satisfy the following expression:
“Td”<“Ta”<“Te”.

MOUNTING PEG

A press-fit mounting peg (2) is described for retaining a component such as a stepped-motor on a circuit board (21). The mounting peg (2) is securable in a mounted position by a first axial displacement of a locking pin (17) along a pin channel (16) of the press-fit mounting peg (2) in a first axial direction along a longitudinal axis of the press-fit mounting peg (2) from a first axial position to a second axial position. The pin channel (16) comprises at least one pin displacement stop (13, 20) for stopping a second axial displacement of the locking pin (17) out of the second axial position.

MOUNTING PEG

A press-fit mounting peg (2) is described for retaining a component such as a stepped-motor on a circuit board (21). The mounting peg (2) is securable in a mounted position by a first axial displacement of a locking pin (17) along a pin channel (16) of the press-fit mounting peg (2) in a first axial direction along a longitudinal axis of the press-fit mounting peg (2) from a first axial position to a second axial position. The pin channel (16) comprises at least one pin displacement stop (13, 20) for stopping a second axial displacement of the locking pin (17) out of the second axial position.

Canned motor device

A canned motor device includes a fixed seat, a motor unit, and a heat-dissipation cover. The heat-dissipation cover is mounted to the fixed seat and has an inner surface facing and positioned relative to the fixed seat, an outer surface opposite to the inner surface, a protrusion opposite to the inner surface, a mounting groove indenting from the inner surface and having a large-diameter section and a small-diameter section, and a plurality of heat-dissipation fins protruding from the outer surface and surrounding the protrusion. A case body of the motor unit is partially sleeved to a large-diameter section, and a closed end of the cylindrical portion is sleeved to the small-diameter section.

Canned motor device

A canned motor device includes a fixed seat, a motor unit, and a heat-dissipation cover. The heat-dissipation cover is mounted to the fixed seat and has an inner surface facing and positioned relative to the fixed seat, an outer surface opposite to the inner surface, a protrusion opposite to the inner surface, a mounting groove indenting from the inner surface and having a large-diameter section and a small-diameter section, and a plurality of heat-dissipation fins protruding from the outer surface and surrounding the protrusion. Rotor assembly for electric motor

A rotor assembly is provided for an electric motor. The rotor assembly includes: a cylindrical magnet member having magnetization in both axial and radial directions, the magnet member being formed from a moldable magnetic material; and an output shaft receivable within the magnet member. An inner surface of the magnet member and an outer surface of the output shaft have complementarily-engagable interface elements thereon to prevent or limit dislocation of the magnet member and output shaft, and at least one of the interface elements is formed by overmolding of the magnet member and output shaft with the other of magnet member and output shaft.

Rotor assembly for electric motor

A rotor assembly is provided for an electric motor.
