Stator module

A stator module for electromagnetically driving a rotor of a planar drive system comprises a connection module to provide drive energy. A power module has a current-generating unit to generate a drive current, which drives the rotor, from the drive energy. A stator unit has a coil conductor, to which the drive current can be applied, for generating a magnetic field which drives the rotor. A sensor module comprises a position-detecting unit to detect a position of the rotor over the sensor unit. The sensor module is arranged in a module housing. The stator unit and power module are arranged on a top side of the module housing and the connection module is arranged on a bottom side. The current-generating unit and the connection module are connected via a drive energy line. The drive energy line passes through the module housing in a manner electrically insulated from the sensor module.

Linear motor

The present application discloses a linear motor, which includes a housing having a receiving cavity, a vibrator received in the receiving cavity, a stator received in the receiving cavity, and a flexible support connecting to the housing and suspending the vibrator in the receiving cavity. The stator includes an iron core fixed to the housing and a coil winded on the iron core. The iron core includes a first iron core and a second iron core perpendicular to the first iron core, the coil includes a first coil winded on the first iron core and a second coil winded on the second iron core, and the winding directions of the first coil and the second coil are perpendicular to each other. The linear motor of the present invention not only effectively widens the working frequency band of the motor, but also enriches the vibration effect of the motor.

THREE-AXIS VOICE COIL MOTOR

A three-axis voice coil motor including a base, a spherical bearing, a magnetic component, an X-coil group, a Y-coil group, and at least one Z-coil group is provided. The base has a supporting pole. The spherical bearing is rotatably sleeved around the supporting pole. The magnetic component is securely sleeved around the spherical bearing and the magnetic component rotates along with the spherical bearing. The X-coil group is disposed around the magnetic component along an X-axial direction passing through the spherical bearing, and the X-coil group has first gaps. The Y-coil group is disposed around the magnetic component along a Y-axial direction passing through the spherical bearing, and the Y-coil group has second gaps. The Z-coil group is disposed around the magnetic component along a Z-axial direction passing through the spherical bearing.

The flat stator is defined by a stamping-shaped planar stator material and has a die side that is an elevated side and a punch side that is a recessed side. The die side has elevations that define the stator teeth. The die side defines the upper face and the punch side defines the lower face.

A multi-degree-of-freedom spherical motor includes a primary frame, a secondary frame, a tertiary frame, a terminal rotor, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a third rotating shaft, permanent magnets and electromagnetic coils. The electromagnetic coils are arranged on an inner surface of the primary frame. Two sides at a top portion of the primary frame are symmetrically connected to the secondary frame through the first rotating shaft. The tertiary frame is arranged inside the secondary frame in a non-mechanical contact manner. The terminal rotor and the tertiary frame are connected through the third rotating shaft. The permanent magnets are arranged on one side of the terminal rotor close to the primary frame. The secondary frame and the tertiary frame are connected through the second rotating shaft. The first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft are perpendicular to each other.
